We got our newest kitten here. They do a cat adoption clinic every couple of weeks. There's an extensive adoption process. But they want the right parents and family for the right pet. Very helpful to ensure that the new addition will intergrate optimally.

This is my first visit to this vet clinic, and they are BUSY! Good service for a 9 year old pug/Boston terrier mix, good prices, and friendly people. But, as I said, they are busy, so call first and make an appointment.

Honestly, I had my doubts about this place when I first saw it. I mean, it's located in a nondescript brick building in what appears to be an industrial park. When I dropped my kitten off for her spay appointment that morning, the staff was busy and not terribly friendly, but I had already been warned about this by the lady who fostered my kitten. She did tell me, however, that the staff at Sheets clinic care a great deal for the animals they serve, and I can certainly attest to that. When I picked up baby kitty that afternoon, the staff was very helpful with post-op instructions, and provided pain meds as well. Overall, I get the impression that they care a great deal for the animals, which to me is a reason to take your pet here. I did not meet the veterinarian, so I can't speak to that, but for what I needed, they were more than adequate.

Great place to go for all your veterinarian needs. If you or anyone you know is in need a quarantine they offer great service for that too. They also have adoption fairs if you are looking for a new addition to your family.

Inexpensive spay and neuter. They do a lot of volunteer work, and foster animals too. Caring people.

My pet bunny Lacy went here today to receive a spay, and they were very knowledgable and professional about rabbits. I am very happy about the way they treated her and will definitely go back and recommend any future care for any other pets as well.

I called and scheduled an appointment for my pup to be neutered on a Thursday. When I made the appointment I was told that I would be contacted the day before to confirm the appointment. I never received a confirmation call from anyone at the clinic so I assumed that my appointment was cancelled. That Thursday I received a cryptic text message, not a call, from Betsy Myers confirming my appointment for that following Friday. When I called to see why my dogs appointment was changed to Friday I was told that he was scheduled for Thursday and that they do not send confirmation text messages when I had just received one from them. Overall the staff here seem very unorganized, unprofessional, and incompetent. Not to mention they did not attempt to accommodate me after the inconvenience. Nor did they apologize. Please send your babies elsewhere.

Sheets has taken the best care of my cats. When I had to put down my 16 year old, Joe, Dr.Sheets cried with us and let us have time to say goodbye.

Affordable, they were able to repair my dogs luxating patella for under $1000.00. All the staff there was very kind (especially with my dog being very shy) and explained everything very well. Will definitely be using them again!

They were so kind to my Abby, I had her in for spay. She has recovered perfectly and they even threw some extra services in such as a nail clipping and flea treatment. They were so friendly and affordable. I will revisit if I need anything! recommend fully!!!

Front desk staff was really rude. I got there early in the morning and the receptionist already looked pissed when they'd only been open maybe 30 mins. They got an attitude or seemed too busy for just about everyone that they talked to. Prices are good but customer service was way below standards.
