Worst Auto Repair Shop in the Area .I will say,Never go there even they offer you Free Repair.I Drop off My dad's Car on 5/23 & received back on 6/30 for a Minor Repair on Back of my Car,So they took almost 6 weeks for the work. They will neither update you regarding your Repair Progress on the car when you call to check the status of your Car nor they will return your call if you leave the message at their cold-water location.and The Receptionist Lady was so Rude every time , Even my Insurance Company adjuster from Allied Insurance said never seen such a Horrible Customer Service in her Life.And we paid almost $1000 deductible for repair plus Insurance adjustment from Company ,So that's not a cheap repair. So in this cut through competitive world,we are the Paying Customer,We should get a better service.Google Do not allow Zero Star,other wise i would be more then happy to give VIP Auto a zero Star.
So Avoid them at any cost,if you expect a better service to yourself &
your Vehicle.

We recently needed some cosmetic body work done on our delivery van, VIP did an excellent job on the the face lift and returned the van to its original appearance. Even more importantly they knew we needed the van to make our deliveries and completed the job quickly so we were not inconvenienced any longer than necessary

I just received my car back today 07/24/2009 since 06/30/2009 to be fixed after a car accident it had alot of work but when I dropped it I been told it will take 2 weeks may be 3 at the max. and they were claiming the insurance company was late to approve the work but from the insurance records that the guys responds to them the second day they call him and they were busy that is why it is not done and also by Chris one of there Employee one time I called and he said they were so busy that week and don't believe they will be able to work in it that week. they always gives you false dates and never get things done in time.After 4 weeks they gave me one of the shop cars to drive until they finish my car which I think it was nice of them. I notified them that I'm leaving the state for 4 weeks for school that was the only way they get it done before I leave town and they get it done at the last minute even I notified them 2 weeks ahead. then because they need there car they called me at my cell the night before I leave town and I don't have signal at work so they called the police and make you looks like a thief. I left work midnight that day and listened to there voice messages and was late to call them but I responded to the police officer and second day in the morning I wake up and was about to return it and it was stolen from my house. they stole it and they claimed they needed it and stole it with all my personal and work items including fedral property item. and I went to talk to them they said they didn't want me to drive there car out of the state and they needed there car back.
so when you fix your car there make sure you have enough time and when they call you, you need to respond in a hour or you will looks like a thief and they call the police and also expect they can enter your property anytime and steal your personal items claiming that they needed there car and they called you and you didn't respond and some people they done it before to them they stole there car or abused it so you may be one of them and they treat everybod this way.
