Service department dropped the ball. I was supposed to have the tensioner pulley replaced due to squealing and they never ordered the part. They told me the sound couldn't be duplicated, but after talking with the technician he said it was, "squealing like a pig!" They diagnosed it as the tensioner pulley. That diagnosis was never put into an order and I waited over three weeks before I finally called. They said the noise wasn't documented, so they didn't order the part, and since technician no longer works there I'd have to bring my car in again which happens to be out of the warranty they provided. DON"T GO TO COLE NISSAN!!

Worst experience. Service department made me loose faith of entire dealership. I was approved for a car but after hearing what service told me caused me not to buy a car from this dealership. I was told they wanted 500 EXTRA to check my car for a timing issue. Don’t let me forget it took 8 days for that call. I declined and come to find out they didn’t even TOUCH IT. Got a second opinion and costed me $375 to fix. Thanks to this experience I have bought a car from across the street at Honda.

So I wanted the black midnight Rogue 2017 and Steve Glocheski did not know if I could get that one. Steve called me on the phone and told me he has a surprise for me. I ordered touch up paint in July, never got a phone call, never received it. Ordered it again, never got a phone call. Called today, it has been sitting there since the beginning of September, no phone call. The only response I got was that there were "personnel changes". I am extremely irritated that such a simple thing has become a huge issue. Horrible service.

I took my car in to have a full inspection. When I picked my car up it was making noises and lights were coming up on the dashboard that didnt before I dropped my car off. When I called about this issue, the worker was rude to me. When I asked about the full inspection, I was told "they didn't look under the hood". I will NEVER use a cole dealership again. Worst experience with my car ever. I wouldn't even give them one star but I have to in order for this to work.

My second time at Cole Nissan. Bought a new Frontier in 2013 from Cory Wohlford who provided the greatest treatment a shopper could ask for. No pressure from him. Answered all my questions. Purchased my second Frontier from Cory on 10-4-16 and his handling of the sale was just as good if not better than the first time. I would highly recommend stopping by Cole Nissan before deciding on buying a Nissan from any other dealership. 10-Star Treatment!

I began looking for a used vehicle back in the middle of August. I searched for six weeks went to five dealerships in total. Cole Nissan was the last of those five. I honestly would've been better off visiting them first. This is my fourth vehicle but my first solid purchase and I couldn't be happier. Jeremy, Cory, and Brooklynn were awesome the entire time. They were not overly pushy and eager. They were realistic and did not act like ravenous animals. I would recommend them to anyone.
