Not to terribly pleased with there service department was told one price and when my wife picked up my vehicle was charged a different price. Part prices 50-100 percent markup over what I'd available from gm direct.

I was treated well and cared for with respect to my needs and wants. No pushing. At test drive i returned car and mentioned there was something going on with brakes I heard slight grinding. The saleseman tried giving an explanation about it rather than taking it into service to be checked and fixed at no cost to me right away. Instead i bought the car hoping it was nothing and 4weeks later the grind was so bad I couldn't ignore it. Cost $160 for two new rear rotors but the sales department did pay half which was nice but in reality they should have paid it all because the salesman knew about it at sale point. Otherwise very good experience.

Midway is the only dealership I trust to buy a car from. It's also the only place I'll take it for service. Matt Cottrill has always been able to quickly and accurately diagnose issues to my vehicle which is why I prefer to make the drive 30 minutes south of where I live instead of going somewhere closer in Grand Rapids.
