Went in at 3pm on a busy day to drop off a tire for replacement. Competition turned me away these guys had it done in less than an hour. Great customer service.

Friendly staff! They suggested more work for my other tires after they had replaced a tire that had an air bubble in it, but they were not pushy. However, scheduling appointments is almost a waste. Even with an appointment only to get tires rotated I had to wait 45minutes, which seems a little ridiculous to me since I made an appointment and I had to wait behind everyone else who walked in. Despite that, prices are nice and the staff is very friendly!

Went to have a nail removed and they claimed it couldn't be fixed. Naturally, the rep tried to pitch I needed a new tires ASAP. I declined and took my car to Firestone and low and behold, they fixed the tire and recommended I look into replacing with new tires within the next three months.

service is great. ive never been able to get them to compete with belle tires prices even though the tires are the same. instead they attempt to sell me a tire thats some off brand Chinese tire to match belles prices. definitely wont go that route!! when im calling around i know what i want for tires, i just want to save money!!

Discount Tire not only has the best prices in town, but they also offer the best service. When I drove over a nail and had to get my tire repaired, they did it for free even though I had purchased the tire at one of their competitors. I will be coming back to Discount the next time I need to buy a new set.

The place is always busy and they will let you drop off your car which is nice. They did a little bait and switch on me with tires though. Not sure if it was intentional or not. They told me they had a particular set of tires in stock but when I arrived they only had the higher priced tire. The guy said he could get me the others by the next day but it was an emergency so I had no choice. Seems suspicious is all I'm saying.

While the service is excellent, even with a scheduled appointment for a routine tire rotation you wait a while until your vehicle is brought in to be worked on.

Had a 4pm appointment got her at 4 was made to wait in line 15 min. No one in front of me had an appointment and all were serviced before me. Not only in line but also by vehicle. Each person in line before me without an appointment left before I did. This is unacceptable. That's ok though my money is special..i can spend it anywhere and it won't be here.

Bought my tires there. Ordered 4 Hancook tires, when I got there found the tires weren't in stock so they upgraded my order to 4 Falken tires and got them for the price of the Hancook'. I saved 15.00 on each tire, that's right 60.00.!!

I've been going to Discount Tire for years to have tires rotated, balanced, changed from summer to winter tires or back, and any other tire needs. I've tried other places but none of them provide the quality service, fair prices, and choices that Discount does. They've always been willing to help and have tested me and anyone I've sent there fairly. The one at this Stadium Drive location has been especially reliable. I feel good about taking my vehicles there and would recommend them to anyone.

These guys get the job done. I do end up getting what I paid for, and their expertise unquestionable.
I do, however, wish that their customer communication and care was a bit more professional. I don't come away feeling like they care about my experience. In the time spent waiting there, I saw numerous minor customer service fowls.
I want to emphasize, they do a good job. But they don't make me want to come back and do business with them again.response / report this review
