Rim to Rim May 2017- Amazing!

We just returned from a 3-day R2R Grand Canyon Hike and AOA made an amazing experience even better!

Our guide, Brian, struck the perfect balance of attentiveness and independence- reading our group perfectly and each person's needs with experience, warmth, and professionalism. Our "Aide-de-Camp", Ty, was beyond helpful and was relentless in his support of the group at the front and back-end of our trip.

AOA has a very safe and professional team top-to-bottom. From booking to operations this company is impressive! We are already talking about booking Havasupai Falls next year and we just left Scottsdale this morning!

Thanks Brian, Ty, and AOA for the trip of a lifetime!

I rented a bike for four hours. It was flawless. The bike was all ready and perfectly set up for me. They also had a helmet ready. The staff were really friendly and pointed me to a great trail system (Browns Ranch Trailhead). These were great trails. I will definitely use AOA again. Maybe even on this trip.

I was visiting from the east coast and rented a bike a week prior. Every staff I encountered was super friendly and knowledgeable about all the trails. I explained what I ride out east and where they suggested in AZ was perfect. Reasonably priced and easy to deal with. The only negative I'd say was they didn't tell me they closed at 5p and I almost didn't get the bike back in time, but that's partially my fault too for not checking - still 5/5 in my book.

All 3 experiences I've had at AOA been excellent. I've rented from AOA in Scottsdale over thee course of 5 years, John and staff have been great, the rides they recommend are the best. Prices are reasonable, the equipment has been good. No "bike snob" attitude, just genuine interest in the customer having a great ride.

I rented a top of the line Road Bike and the bike and AOA's experience around it was absolutely first class and a joy. The bike was delivered exactly to my specs/dimensions. The team at AOA who looked after me were amazing.
I can't wait to go back to Scottsdale and rent a bike again. Worth every penny. This kind of service can't be taken for granted nowadays.

Have rented bikes here a couple of times. Great people and decent bikes. They turned me on to Brown's Ranch. Great intermediate trails with fantastic views. Will definitely go back to them next time I'm in Scottsdale.
