Truly the best veterinary staff. Dr. Walling and all the staff were truly wonderful every step of the way with our french bulldog, Dracula. Would never go anywhere else.

Amazing, amazing, amazing. Really caring and truly passionate staff. I had to put down my little baby cat Missy, and will continue to return here for my other healthy fur babies!

I called Dr. Dawn Kennedy in a panic at her after-hours emergency number because my little doggie had picked up a toad after a rainstorm, spat it out, and began to foam at the mouth!

She was so nice, just called herself "Dawn" without any attention to her well-earned DVM alphabets relating to her profession. She calmly told me that poisonous toads, like the Cane Toad, don't live here in Michigan (yet), that the little toad just left a bad taste in Daisy's mouth that can be alleviated with a rinse of water, or food. All is well.

Thank you Dr. Dawn, we look forward to being your brand-new patients!

They were compassionate and caring when dealing with our sick cat from beginning to end. They helped us as much as possible and were so sweet with my wife and I when we had to put our cat down.
I guarantee when I get another pet, it will go to these veterinarians.

Not even patients here but now I am! Red barn vet wont even put my cat to sleep today no time, no emergency service. My new vet came highly recommended and they are able to help us today. Finally a vet office that really cares about our family!

I'm not sure where to start on the Awesomeness of this place. I brought my cat (Spook) in for a declaw on 12/14/2015. I was very reluctant to have this procedure done and was extremely nervous about it.

The great experience started at the front desk. The gal that did all the paper work set up was so sweet. The nice thing is They didn't just take Spook and send me on my way I went into a room with Spook and a gal came in and chatted about the procedure and answered all questions I had.

After the procedure the Doctor (Doctor Kennedy) Was kind enough to call me and let me know that Spook did amazing and was recovering very well. I was so glad to hear from her as I think Spooks procedure was harder on me then it was on him. :)..

I then went to pick spook up the next afternoon and the gals were so awesome, they were kind and had a great sense of humor nothing but a joy to deal with and chat with..

The following morning I was on my way to work and I got a phone call from the office checking to see how Spook was doing.. That meant so much to me.

Here we are 10 days later and Spook is fully recovered and back to his amazing self.

As far as I'm concerned a 5 star rating is not enough!!!!

THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH AND MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

    Mike

We were taking our cats to a different vet, but we were so pleased with how well we were treated here at Countryside. We will be changing vets and be bringing all of our animals to Countryside. We had to put our cat down which was so hard on us, and everyone there was so caring and wonderful. We also got a card in the mail which just made our day. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone. Everyone there is amazing, so compassionate and wonderful.
