Know what? I hear a lot of critical stuff about the VA. I know we've all got too much on our plates. But this entire building felt filled with love and help and kindness. Everyone, and I mean everyone, thank you. Thank you for being helpers. (Tracy in the ER SW, you are always going to be so special to me. Thanks for asking if I needed a sandwich.)

Don't be afraid to go here if you need to. You earned help like this. Even if you haven't heard good things, please try here. Walk in and ask for help and yeah you might have to wait because other people are hurting too but just tell them you need their help and you are ready to get better and I promise that someone will get you exactly where you need to be.
