  I drove all the way from Raleigh to get a Pace trailer and the best part about HGR is their customer service. The woman at the front is the friendliest person I've ever encountered. I highly recommend buying trailers from HGR's, especially since they have their own shop in the back to add on extra options and for repairs. Best trailer dealer around!!

  Excellent service! Tried three times to have some maintenance done on my trailer at a location on Bragg Blvd and was totally disappointed. I live on the north end of Fayetteville and was not wanting to drive all the way to Hope Mills to have the work done but I am glad I did. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous and the work they did was excellent. So glad I came to HGR's and they will have all my business from now on! Well worth the drive. A personal thank you to the Staff and a job well done!

  I went to 4 different places looking for a trailer nobody wanted to help me and I had cash on the spot. A few days later I stopped by HGR thinking it was going to be the same routine. Within 2 minutes a very knowledgeable salesman was right there to help me prices were clearly marked inside. I said ok can I get a total tax tags out the door. Within another 2 minutes the lady behind the counter gave me the total. I said do you take visa? Bought it on the spot. They took it around to make sure everything worked and went over it with me and they noticed a cross threaded lugnut they fixed it on the spot no questions asked or complaints. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a trailer or any kind of accessories. They will and want to help you. And about $1200 cheaper for great build and quality. I'm moving to another state and if I need anything for my trailer I'll call them and have them mail it.
