This was my very first apartment and I'm so happy we chose Legacy!
The front office staff were always happy to see us and willing to help. Maintenance: very fast and professional. Only complaints would have to be the light coming from the department store behind our building; blackout curtains solved the issue and after Hurricane Matthew there was a lot of noise from the re-roofing process. I would recommend this place to anyone and if I ever move back I'll be coming back to Legacy.

We lived there for 2 yrs it is close to everything and a nice place to live but we had painted one wall in a bedroom and when he got ready to move my husband asked what we needed to do and they said just put primer on it so that's what he did and one of the maintance workers said it was ok. Here is what you need to know , MAKE SURE they come and do a moving out inspection after we moved out thinking what we done was good per the maintance person we get a bill for $138 for paint to cover the wall ,it had been turned over to a rental recovery so if you move out make sure a moving inspection is done or they can charge you with anything they want to even though they said it was ok so BEWARE!!!

Speaking from my own experience so far.If i could give them 10 stars by all means I definitely would. The staff is very friendly Alicia, Grace, Shannon and Joselyn are very proffesional staff. They are very attentive and very polite. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. And not to forget cookie wednesday! My favorite day of the week.

Worse staff ever. Very rude. The ladies in the front lobby are very rude and unhelpful every time you ask a question they look at you like you're dumb and not willing to work with you. They pick and choose who they want to enforce rules on. I've complained and of course it gets brushed off. The walls are paper thin and you pay for way more then what you get. My husband and I have a few more months on our lease and we can't wait to leave!

I stayed here from 2012 to 2013. Best part about these apartments are that they're so spacious. Huge kitchen and bathrooms. I enjoyed my stay here it was pretty safe and convenient to shops and the mall right around the corner and post wasnt that far away. I didnt stay because the rent was raised if I renewed my lease and I see its been raised ever since.

First off absolutely incredible location! Second off delightful staff! Third overall layout of the complex as well as the units were very comfortable. Forth the basketball and tennis court were in brilliant shape, which allowed for some good gathering to be entertained! Lastly, they were extremely quick when it came to work orders and general maintance. Would strongly recommend this apartment complex to everyone!
