Great gym. Always clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Love the yoga and spin classes. Workout machines are always in excellent condition. Glad I joined this gym.

Very friendly staff, nice workout equipment swimming pool gymnasium and the members that go there a very polite and nice.
Free coffee is available at front seat if you a morning kick-start.

I absolutely love this gym. The staff is very professional and friendly. The childcare workers actually pay attention to your kids and if anything happens they tell you right away. Proper supplies is always available to wipe down the machine after you're finished and the crew also wipe's the equipment down also. It's never too crowed that you can't get a good workout in and they also have security roaming the premises.

So many classes for all levels with super skilled instructors. The pool classes have been some of my favorite but there's so much more, in an non intimidating environment.

The staff are friendly and capable. The facility is air conditioned. The aerobic exercise equipment is very good and plentiful. There are more than 15 types of new and excellent strength training machines and most types have 2 sets. There is also a large amount of free weights. There are stretching areas, a 1/10 mile indoor track, a five-lane, 25 yard indoor pool, a men's and a women's Jacuzzi and steam room, ample number of lockers and shower stalls. Towels are available in the exercise areas, locker rooms, and shower area. Parking is ample. There are many exercise classes and personal trainers are available. All in all it is an excellent facility

Relaxing, enjoyable and resourceful Health Gym. My husband and I love it !!! Great gym and the only one that offers extended childcare hours. Love the kids area and the staff. They are great with my children. Has a pool and nice locker room amenities to include a small hot tub and a steam room. They also offer dietary classes and massage in addition to your typical gym classes.
