Worst Experience every time I wait over an hour to an hour and a half after being put in a room to see the doctor slow Doctors I don’t understand why make an appointment to only wait that long. And I’m always early to the appointment staff is not knowledgeable I would not recommend them for anything

Front desk is very good & also nurses but everything else is terrible! It defeats the purpose to have an appointment for a designated time if the Dr.'s contiously get 1-2 hours behind. Wouldn't recommend this place to ANYBODY!

Dr. Flannagan, Ms. Sarah and the staff are caring and kind! I truly appreciate how well my surgery went on my rotator cuff! I love every bit of my experience! Truly, truly thankful and appreciative!!

By far the worst orthopedic in Fayetteville . I had a very long wait and the staff there was extremely rude. Doctor green really don't take pride in his job and was very careless and not helpful . Please don't go to this orthopedic it is a waste of time and money

Dr. Newnan and his staff completely waisted valuable time I could have spent searching for a new provider considering the doctor knew for months he was not going to take veterans choice as a means of payment yet failed to inform the person his decision impacted most Myself, his patient!

This business opens for walk in but do not even trythey will hold your ID and insurance card.ask you to wait for more than one hourand tell you that the doctor cannot see you! Worst doctor office I have even encountered..

My experience with PA Sean Williams at the Ramsey Street office was just wonderful. He explained everything to me, and showed pictures or charts in order to make it clear to me. He's a great Doctor and I wish him a very long and prosperous career.
The front end staff are so personable and caring. They truly care about their patients. Thank you for all you did for me during my most trying time.response / report this review
