Poor service. Came in to get snow tires mounted at 8:00 am when they opened. Was told the wait would be 2 hours. I waited in the lobby for 4 hours and finally asked when the truck would be ready. They said it would be another 3 1/2 hours. As a local I would definitely not recommend this place.

My car started acted weird upon my arrival to Copper, and I went to Utopia tires to get it checked out. Not only that the people there were super kind and reassured me when I was worried, but they took me in without an appointment to get the engine cleaned. They did an amazing job, but most importantly, they did only the necessary stuff on it. Even though I could have been a great candidate to make some serious cash on me, they did not do that at all but instead they treated me with utmost respect. If I lived closer, I would be their regular customer. I recommend Utopia Tires to everyone!

Had a slow leak in my tire, so I stopped by Utopia. I was greeted with a friendly welcome and was helped right away. Utopia is extremely busy this time of the year, so I decided to take my tire off, put on my donut, and leave the tire with them. When I put on the donut, I realized it was flat. I asked the mechanic to put air in the donut, and he did, but the donut also had a leak. Since I was in a tough spot, the mechanic offered to squeeze me in. He fixed my tire in a few minutes and I was on my way! Customer service means a lot to me, so I would highly recommend Utopia to anyone in Summit County!!!!

This place is awesome. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They aren't looking to make an extra buck off of you. And they use their spent oil from oil changes to heat their building.

I needed a good new All Season tire and was told about Utopia from a friend who had been there multiple times. Jason set me up with a great Nokian set at a great price. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and helpful. They service is always excellent and they are very well priced. I highly recommend Utopia!

First timer. I was super happy and very impressed. Jordan helped me get all set up and Tim checked us out. Service was extremely quick, very professional and pricing was more than competitive. Great first experience, it'll be my tire and tune home shop from here on in Impressive!

Showed up at their door, driving through from OK, first thing Monday morning with a 3/4 ton pickup with bad brakes, rotors, and no appointment. The guys in the front, as well as the guys in the garage, couldn't be more kind and helpful. Totally rearranged their schedule to fit me in and did a fantastic job fixing everything at a reasonable price. I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend!!!

Trustworthy and friendly team!
Came to Utopia after being very obviously scammed at Big O Tires across the street. Utopia staff was super friendly, helpful and quick. They were thorough in checking out our flat tire and did everything that needed to be done to fix it without trying to upsell us. It was a completely painless experience. I came in one day after getting a flat and spoke with Bruce, one of the service manager's on duty. I had a very interesting situation, where another tire store was not able to get me on the road fast enough, so I asked if he had the time to mount the tires that I would have bought from another store. He frankly said no, he did not have the staff to get it done today, however he proceeded to call multiple stores in the area, and the next town over to see if there was anyone that could help us.
I got some of the best service from Bruce. I was not a paying customer to him, however he was willing to do anything for us. Great shop, great service. Stop in here.response / report this review -

They do a good enough job with what you ask for. Could improve by making/sharing observations about the vehicle. Also could do better notifying customers when vehicle is ready for pick up.

Awesome! From first phone contact at 1 yesterday, to installation today. And included ordering tires. $800 at car dealer, $650 at Costco, $530 at Utopia. Shop said they would be in by 12 today, and they were. Plus Utopia asked what we're my requirements and met them, no up selling. Installers hit a home run, completing the job in an hour. This is what "buying local" is all about. I will be back!!

Excellent customer service. Bruce helped me find the perfect set of all season tires. They are a busy shop yet he was very helpful in accommodating my schedule. This shop is exactly what Summit County needs. I highly recommend Utopia Tire. Be advised, the word is out, and they are busy! Call ahead.
