The jump socks are a scam, but it's fun. We went late night and everyone there got together and had a good time. There was a wonderful employee who noticed that and let us have an extra race in the obstacle course 2 minutes after our time was up, he deserves a raise and we'll be coming back to see him.
I've only ever been to trampoline parks in Utah, which are very family friendly. You're able to do everything with your kids and not be restricted. So I didn't really like this place, you're very limited as a parent on what you can do, and I realize most parents just pay for their kids to jump and they just watch, but I like to have fun with my kids and I'm in shape enough to do it. But there's a "little kids" area that only little kids can be in, which is great in theory but parents aren't even allowed in there, and one of my kids wad kind of unsure about it, and I count even go in there to help him. It was a frustrating experience and I doubt we'll ever go back.
Great place to bring a date, have a party or simply relax with friends. The employees are professional and respectful. The only downside is when young children run across the trampoline. You have to be careful to not squash them.
So, it's trampolines everywhere. I had fun and it was a workout. I don't know any tricks or anything so it's jumping up and down and avoiding kids. All kids seemed to be having a blast. Foam pits seem to be the most difficult as they take forever to get out of and are probably pretty filthy. There is also an obstacle course. That was fun but you waste some time waiting your turn. Overall, I had fun. Not sure i need to do it again. Seems like a great idea for kid parties.
Love how the one price 12$ you get it all the foam pit the dodge ball the basketball and the ninja course. Trust me 1 hour is enough it's a great place for family's just wish more parents would jump with their kids.
The trampolines aren't very good but you can still get a lot of height. The staff is nice and are not overly strict about the rules. I recommend going there if you want to learn basic flips and twists but if you want to do doubles you should go to a gymnastics gym.
Was here for my nephew the place is great. It was fun and a good exercise. Its seems like they have to many rules buts its understandable they care about your safety and your kids. I noticed there was a birthday party and the people were cheap and messy and didnt leave a tip. I felt bad because the staff there is great so i left them a tip myself. Carlos and Selena were great and they made the experience fun and enjoyable.
My review is somewhat mixed because I had a child over and under 46 inches. If you have a child under 46 inches, do not bring them. You can't really play with them, because the few areas they are allowed only for under 46. This was frustrating because my son really wanted to jump with me. It was pretty slow while we were there so some areas were empty, so we thought we might be able to play on these areas while they were empty. The staff immediately asked us to get off. It was very frustrating. My older son really liked it, and the obstacle course was very fun. So this place can be very fun, just not really with small children.
Get air is a fun place to go all year long. At time it can get very busy, especially if there is a birthday party or two. Trampolines are usually clean and well kept. Staff is friendly. You have to sign a waiver which I believe is good for one year. Certain days have different discounts and promotions. I recommend coming here if your bored and looking for something to do or want to get a good cardio and leg workout that's different from your usual routine. Overall good atmosphere and fun place to be.
Definitely not for adults, it's mainly just kids everywhere which is fine but what I thought is there would be a place for kids and a place for adults and that's not the case. Also it's smaller than you think it is. Staff was rude, no "hello" or "what's up guys?"
Very expensive for this place. It's not that big. The staff gave no direction. The only signs you saw were all the rules but no other info. My nephew was so reserved and intimidated because he is a ruler follower and was so afraid he was breaking rules. The whistle thing is a bit too much for children. There was never any staff at the activity trampolines (dodgeball, latter etc.). I don't recommend this place for children who are 6 and under. They can't comprehend the rules they are just excited and want to play. Will never ever go back. It was definitely a waste of money and time.
Line at the front is ridiculous during busy times. They need a sign saying you need go re-register if it has been a certain amount of time since last visit. We have been there twice, just over a year gap in visits, both for birthday parties. The most recent visit we saw the sign indicating registration was necessary if it was your first visit. so we went to the other line where you get your wristband and waited about 10 minutes where we were told we has to re-register, which took 10 minutes and then waited BACK in the wristband line for another 10 minutes. pretty ridiculous. And also made us miss a chunk of the birthday party and play time.
It was clean and would have been a lot of fun if I didn't have a small child. Their rules are that if your child is under 42" then they can only jump in a very small section and you CANT jump or play with them. I had to sit and watch her but couldn't interact. Which of course, made her loose interest super fast. I won't be back unless they change this ridiculous policy.
All year round indoor fun for all ages - some days have discounts. You will be required to sign waivers which you may do in advance online before you even leave home and will be good for one year. Jumpers are required to wear non skid socks which they sell at the front and may be reused and brought on return visits. With a little prep your visit here can yield tons of fun again and again. Keep in your sit of fun stuff to do during the long hot summers.
