When I went, I had so much fun. It was great. So many different rides. Their was long lines though.

Fun for all ages. There are all kinds of things for kids, teenagers and adults to do. The snack bar isn't bad if you stay for awhile. The slides can get crowded quickly. It is saalt water and not chlorine.

Our family had a great time, there was almost no lines. I was impressed by the professionalism and way the life guard/ride personnel interacted with my children when one was afraid to go on the slide. Great water activities for both older and younger children.

We had the best time here. Lines are expected but moved fairly quick. The rides are awesome. Parking was free on the Sunday we went. I'm glad we decided to make the trip! We would definitely go back again. Great family fun!

My children and I love this water park. Faithfully every year we purchase membership tickets and always expose other family and friends on "Bring a friend day". This year i have had some financial challenges and was not able to purchase meberships. I have been purchasing membership tickets since it started. So this year my kids just had to go to the park, and we purchased 4 Wednesday passes. One of my children were not able to go due to sickness. So I contacted the water park and told them if there was something they could do so we could redeem that ticket (we were going to have to buy more anyways and pay more on that pass, I just wanted to be credit in anyway for that Wednesday pass. The kid I was speaking with was rude and not negotiable. I ask that this issue be resolved.

Paying to park on top of the park prices are kind of crazy considering there are some very nice pools with slides and water features around the valley for less than $10 for a family of 4! There are so many height restrictions on the kids area yet you still have to pay full price! My little one didn't like being told no to every single slide in the children's areas! The food throughout the park is mediocre and expensive. The cabanas are expensive and so far away from everything. The waves in the wave pool are a lot smaller than they uses to be and the lazy river wasn't working when we were there. All the kids operating the slides are for more interested in talking about the young women there than paying attention to their job. We won't be going back. It's just not worth it.

We get season passes for the whole family whenever possible! Perfect to get the kids out of the house for an hour or two to cool off and have some fun! If you go twice the season pass has already paid for itself! The misting system that engulfs all of the stairs for the slides ensure that even while your waiting you can be cool and comfortable. The food is really good, and not crazy expensive, as we've all experienced at other amusement/water parks. Clean facility, good food, friendly staff, what more can you ask for!

We had a great time. Had a nice cabana with ceiling fan, chairs & a personal host. The food could have been better. Did try to buy a T-Shirt/Hat combo & the cashier couldn't tell me how much it was nor bothered to try & find out. Seemed weird!

Thank you. With regards to my family’s recent visit to you water park, it was sublime. There was plenty of everything from chairs to shade to food options. I must commend the staff as they were all courteous and knowledgeable and did fantastic job of keeping everyone orderly and safe. I will definitely be coming to back to your location in the very near future and will recommending it to all of my friend and family.

For the cost it's just not worth it! I took 8 kids and bought the tickets that includes the meals which was $42.99 per person not including tax. The kids had a blast but as the adult I did not! The grounds were dirty, one of the family restrooms was just gross as toilet paper with feces and urine laid right in front of the toilet and it stayed that way for about 3 hours. I bought a $10.00 cup which came with free refiles during that visit and would then be $1 something the next time we came. I got charged every time I went for a refill which was 3 times and I had a white bracelet to verify its free refills but was charged and was told I didn't purchase it at that specific stand, I take it each stand is privately owned but at each soda stand you can purchase the $10.00 cup! I paid as I didn't want to deal with the excuses. I then paid $3.00 for two hours to charge my phone, it didn't charge and I had to pay an additional $3.00 to get my phone out of the charging locker as it wouldn't open. The cheeseburger I bought was burnt and hard and the food staff were just rude. If you are spending that amount of money you'd think they could provide better service. I won't go back nor spend another dime there as I work hard for my money and to spend it at a place where that doesn't matter doesn't sit well with me. I don't need VIP service but just a little respect. Side note: clean your restrooms more!!!!!

"Would not even give a star if that was a choice. Why would you put alcohol in a water park ? Yeah it'll gain money but you're also letting people drink and drive . I Worked for this company in 2015 and what I saw the customers go through was unbelievable what water park makes you pay for parking? They are also accusative. Yes the owner whose name is Lee was very nice and helped me out a couple times when needed but when it came to rumors everybody was very accusatory and it was a very a hostile work environment. This is what made me quit. Not to mention everybody still trying to get in touch with me after I quit even though they knew I no longer work there. I had to threaten legal action to get everybody to stop contacting me unless it was the direct General Manager. In my personal opinion I would not recommend this place as a employment opportunity as many people are very unhappy working there. They described all these things before you start but once the season's going that all goes out the door. I wish everybody the best of luck when you go here but I would not recommend this place as an attraction to attend, especially for the price very very expensive. Good luck this year and don't let Austin who is one of their EMTs take care of you. He is very unprofessional and he takes his attitude out on anyone that comes to see him for anything unless he is best buds with them. It is really sad the customers don't get to see the real picture. When security takes food from you at the gate it goes back to the security room and they just split it up between everybody they don't get rid of it like they say they do. I'm sure this post has upset the company but to be honest I really don't care anymore because I want you to be aware of what the story is from a former employees point of view."
I am speechless, and I cannot think of putting the description of working there any better than this. I worked here as well in 2015, and as a witness it is very sad how they treat you.They obligate you to work 50-60 hours a week and no overtime. Complete waste of my time.
They're liars, scumbags, and all they want is your money. Absolutely no care for employee's, they yell at employee's, treat you like an animal. and pay you $10/hr? Sorry but not making that mistake again.

This will be my family's second year of season passes because we just can't get enough fun in the sun at Wet N wild! Staff members have always been helpful, service desk and member service have always been courteous and efficient and I love all the deals and special events available at the park! We are so excited about the new play area and the new filtration system! We are ready for another great season at wet N wild!!
