  I've been waiting for a place like this to open up close to home!
  
  Took my kids there for the first time today and I'm beyond impressed with the entire experience. The kids had a total blast!
  
  The place is clean and well kept! The staff is the hidden gem of this place. They were all so nice and interactive with the children. My kids talked about the young gentleman, who checked us in this afternoon, all the way until bedtime.

  So much fun, and with a Groupon it is extremely affordable! We came right before closing and it was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend coming here if your kids need to run off some energy, and explore. This beats going to the park when it is hot or cold out as well!

  Purchased our tickets on Groupon. You can have parties here. I saw someone with a cake and cupcakes. They sell snacks and drinks. For the adults, they have massage chairs, $2 will give you a nice amount of time. The chair felt great.

  It is awesome here !! We’ve gone 3x in less than 7 days - have a membership.
  
  Ms Tina is so great with little ones - we love her and the rest of the staff. The manager is very kind as well. He goes out of his way to interact with little ones like Ms Tina does.
  
  This location is nice and huge with of course brand new everything. Toddler area is two stories and consists of a lot of stimulation for sensory play.
  
  We absolutely love it here and average spending 4 hours at a time here.
  
  A few things I’d like to mention to owner / upper management if reading:
  
  Please consider putting a gate in the toddler swing area. I’ve been here on weekdays but on the weekend it becomes most insane. Tons of larger older than 5yo kids come swing on this swing and so far I’ve seen at least 3 little ones get severely hurt because of how recklessly these older big kids come and swing on the toddler swing. It’s awful to witness. On saturday i noticed a employee coming a few times to tell the toddler area that if they aren’t 5 or under and aren’t a parent they need to exit the toddler area. This only works temporarily while employee is there. It is not consistent enough for it to last as many big rougher kids older than 5yo get in and stay in, and 100% of the time they are extremely rough / dangerous for the little ones in there with the swing as well as the grey punching bag like item swinging it back and four and with their strength it’s just too dangerous for little ones. I don’t know what can be done but what’s being done isn’t working and isn’t effective for keeping older kids out of this area and imposing harm and danger onto little ones. The weekdays isn’t as crazy, they still get in there but much lesser volume.
  
  The toddler area merry go round and light bright still isn’t working electronically.
  
  On weekends you have endless amount of kids climbing up the big wave slide , causing collisions as well as confusion into the kids using the slide the correct way while waiting their turn and having to wait longer because of this.
  
  In the bigger play yard I observed the non electric merry go round being extremely difficult nearly impossible to turn.
  
  Another slight concern would be the bathroom- if people wear their socks inside the bathroom then come back out to play in the same socks they wore in the bathroom- this becomes unsanitary with urine , fecal matter and blood I’ve seen in the bathroom then coming back out via the socks into the play area. I’d highly recommend bathroom cleaning checks / wipe downs every 10 minutes if possible.
  
  Some kids are great here and go out of their way to help, and look out for the smaller ones. Some aren’t as kind but the kind ones are such a breath of fresh air. I’ve witnessed pre teens going out of their way to look after my child and am so appreciative and grateful to witness such kindness by these older kids. Kudos to who’s raising those ones.
  
  We will definitely be coming back :-)

  Love that they built one here in Laveen! It's a little smaller than others but it was fun! Staff is very nice. This location doesn't have the lounging area like others for adults, but my daughter loved it! We will go back for sure! Go early, because it gets packed later in the afternoon.
