I was given the wrong treatment the first time in the ER for pneumonia, so I had no option but to return a second. I was in the ER about 5 hours the first time and about 4 hours the second. Both my bills were absolutely outrageous, and the second one was even more than the first. My insurance covers over 80%, and I'm still left with hefty bills. They fail to mention that one will receive bills separately from, the physician or doctor, lab technician, radiology, the hospital themselves and anyone else who pokes their head in the door. Expect to pay a lot of money to come here

The nurses do a great job at taking care of their patients. Every once in a while you get a bad nurse/dr. but for the most part, all is good here. It has turned into my favorite hospital. :)

I been seen at all 3 Greater Dayton Metro Area offices.

I prefer the Tipp City Office. The Troy Office is a closet in sqft and Parking. It is at Miami Co. UVMC.

His Billing Dept is the worst.
They want my Credit Card Security Digits through the mail!
Credit Card Security Digits are those digits on by your signature on back on card unless is it AMEX which is on front. He does not take AMEX.

Dr Katz is friendly enough, but from observation he lets his support staff bully you around.

All in all I am going to find yet another ENT near 45377
