One of the ER dr recently decided NOT to give a small child a strep test, because they didn't see white spots on the tonsils. That same child is now in the hospital to have surgery, because he TESTED POSITIVE for strep. I have had strep with and without those white bumps. Dr should know and should have tested to double check. Gave flu test though and that came back negative, but no strep. Get it together do the damn test next time.
I was here last night for 6 n 1/2 hrs this we hands down is the BEST I HAVE BEEN TOO EVER they explain everything that they are doing including what each tube of blood is and y they need it I was in severe pain when got there it may took awhile to find out what was wrong but by golley they did the nurse Ron was. Awesome explaining every little thing to me and my husband had the best bed side manners I have ever seen by an Dr nurse the Dr I seen Dr reiss was amazing he DEFFIANTLY made sure I was not hurting near as bad when I left as to when we arrived there he wanted to admit me but considering we are truck drivers and I have our wedding to finish planning for August 26 he was understanding and compassionate about it all if ya need great care from caring Drs and nurses and an we that don't discriminate and gives you the help and care you need this is definitely the place to go thank you nurse Ron and Dr.reiss for all your help and caring y'all gave
My husband was in ICU for 2 weeks. We both were treated very well. All the nurses and several doctors taking care of my husband were nothing but wonderful. He was also in a regular room for a couple of days and that group of nurses also provided great care.
My scary situation was relieved in 10 min after walking in the emergency room. After a chest X-ray and a visit from respiratory staff and kind hearted talk about not smoking. After 5 days I am home alive thanks to all these wonderful caring compassionate individiduals. God Bless you all
Absolutely worst ER I have ever been to. Service is extremely slow, and they treat everyone like drug seekers. Went in yesterday with a severe kidney infection and was passing a stone. Refused to give me pain medication unless it was Dilaudid, which I'm allergic too. Go to Memorial in South Bend or the Saint Joe in Mishawaka, where they actually care.
Wait said it was only 2 mins I waited a hour and a half just to see the Dr. Staff was unorganized, not very friendly, and not kid friendly definitely will make the drive to the Bremen Hospital if I need the emergency room seeives ever again. All the money that went to the ER was a waste.
Our 3 week old baby was diagnosed with RSV and while one hospital sent us home the day they diagnosed him, within 24 hrs he had took a turn for the worst and was rushed via ambulance to Plymouth, immediately upon arrival they were there and did so much more then the previous hospital had 24 hrs prior..They kept our baby overnight for observations, and literally every doctor, nurse, assistant everyone was absolutely amazing and caring..I was more than impressed by their readiness, willingness and helpfulness..Everyone from the ER to the pediatric unit, to the Pulmonary Units were amazing!! Thank you so much..For not only going above and beyond but for listening to our concern..
Speedy and pleasant service. When billing discrepancy was found they corrected it immediately. All staff was kind and they offered beverages on a cold, snowy night. Physicians explained what they were doing in an easy way.
