I have been searching for a new family phycisian. I called this office because they are close to where I live and they are advertising on Premier's website that they take my insurance and are accepting new patients. Despite the fact that the other physicians my family sees (pediatrician, OB, and gastroenterologist) are in the Premier network, I was immediately turned away when I told the receptionist the type of insurance I have. I didn't think they were allowed to do that if your insurance is in networkour provider must not pay them enough

Both of the nurse practitioners have been wonderful and attentive to my care. I have felt very comfortable with Michelle and I feel she is very knowledgeable. Patient care is obviously something very dear to her as well as I have received above average care with Michelle. Sarah even reached out while Michelle was out of town to make sure I was taken care of.

I was a patient of Dr. Kulkarni's since I stopped seeing a pediatrician. I went to college out of town and am recently back in the area. The office refuses to schedule me as I am now
considered a "new patient". It's horrible that my family has given the practice our loyalty for over a decade and I cannot see a physician that I am already familiar and comfortable with.

Anupama S. Kulkarni is horrible!!! I go there maybe once every 3-4 years, when I'm really ill or sick, I work at a hospital I have to be dying to go to the doctors! But when I got diagnosed by the doctors at the hospital with shingles I came to her office to get treated and she made me feel like a complete idiot and then I did not know what was going on refused to give me anything for pain and refuse to ecknowledge that it was shingles! Said she wasn't comfortable giving me any pain meds and then when I asked for a work release or excuse she said she wasn't comfortable writing those either!!! If she isn't comfortable doing her job than maybe she should quit!! Very unfriendly and rude!!

I wouldn't send my dog to this practice. They made my daughter wait 3 months for an appointment, only to turn her away because she was THREE MINUTES late, even though she has a heart problem. The worst part is, we tried for 15 minutes to call ahead and no one answered the phone.

Hyatt family care just isnt the same since Dr. Murray left. Though the nursing and clerical staff is friendly and professional, I have been disappointed by Dr. Murrays replacement and have since decided to go to another practice in Troy. Hyatt Family Care will not let you transfer to see another physician within the same practice. I would have stayed if I was able to transfer. The new doctor who replaced Dr. Murray wasnt concerned about medical conditions that I was diagnosed with, "Diabetes, Asthma, Sleep Apnea." Its sad to see such a good medical practice give in to the corporate medicine mentality and put its patients second. Gone are the days of the "Family Doctor."
