Rude! I’ve give them negative stars if I could! I have a trisomy 18 baby other doctors took the time to explain what this means and why it happens and told me it just happens nothing I did or didn’t do caused it and the ass holes at lake Norman told me it was partly my fault she was born so small and early (a nurse blamed this on me!) while my daughters sick and has a 10 percent chance at life. 1st of all she’s a nurse what dose she know that a doctor doesn’t know better and second who dose that! I also wasn’t given even an epidural during birth even though I begged for it! And I mean begged and screamed yet they gave me nothing for pain or an epidural! If you want a stress free pregnancy and birth go somewhere else trust me on this no one should have to deal with what they put me through on top of having a very tiny and sick kid. My kid is at Presbyterian in charlotte now bc they weren’t even capable of handling her after birth that also says something if I had enough time I would of drove to Charlotte to give birth while in labor!

First my wife was billed 22k and she was not even in the hospital .Then you bill it again 22k I assume without filing my Insurane nor Medicare. That is 44k that is in collections. You have got to be kidding me? I was put on Medicare because, I cannot afford my medical bills. Not to mention you asked me first and last name 5 times. Wake up smell the coffee and file the claim right instead of ruining my credit

Dr Washington in ER was quick and professional! Amazing ability to handle 20 month old getting three stitches in eyebrow! Staff was terrific and completely capable of handling small children. Five star across the board!

My family and I were in a car accident today and we all went to the ER and L&D at LNRMC. The staff there were awesome, got us through quickly, and we're very thorough. I would definitely recommend.

I wouldn't take my sick dog to this place! I've never seen a hospital that is as bad as this double billing, patient harming and the list goes on for this place. I will drive an hour or longer to find a good hospital!

Hospital is the worst! The 5 star reviews aren't authentic! Just fake account to help keep them above the poor 2 (that they don't deserve!). My mother has been here on several accounts and each and every time there's an issue! It's truly unbelievable! I'm thinking about starting a petition to have this place investigated, please comment below if you'd be interested in signing.

If I could give them a negative rating, I would. My boyfriend went into the ER after severe stomach pains, throwing up, and not being able to eat or drink anything at all for days. He waited for 6 hours for one ultrasound, only to be told that he was perfectly healthy and they sent him home. We went to another doctor the next day because he still could not eat or drink and they did X-rays and determined he had gallstones and he will now have to undergo surgery. The blatant carelessness of this hospital and their staff could have cost him a lot more if we had not seeked treatment elsewhere.

This hospital caused my father in law to lose his sight. He walked in that day as a brilliant happy man for a quality of life surgery that he would get to go home the next morning. The anesthesiologist did not catch vital signs (blood pressure and oxygen levels) dropping and then he left my FIL in recovery to go to another hospital. My FIL was severely bleeding internally for hours before anyone noticed his severe vitals. He lost oxygen in his brain long before anyone noticed and now he has severe mental problems as well as being blind. He has to live in hospice all due to his new mentality and blindness.

Excellent service all the way around from preop to nursing care after surgery. I just can't thank everyone enough. I have been a nurse myself for 27 years and I give the entire staff an A+.

    Thank you,
    Dana

This is absolutely the worst possible hospital a person could visit. If you want to be harassed over and over about paying a bill that has been paid even after you send them canceled checks and show them the notice that shows "Paid in Full", then this would be the place to go. If you do not want to be harassed then you need to go somewhere else. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I had bi-lateral knee replacement surgery in November 2016 . From the hospital staff to dietary to therapy was very very polite, positive and helpful. I am three months from surgery and able to do most everything I did before surgery including my walking one and a half miles three times a week. This place is wonderful.

My husband was in hospital for 2 months total time.
He was very ill. Everyone was so good to him, and me.
He finally had life support turned off.
The nurses who cared for him during his last hour on this earth were so compassionate,, I could not have asked for better care for him.
    Thankful.
