I had another local mechanic for years that had told me that my upper and lower ball joints needed replaced very soon as they were in horrible condition. I didn’t have the money to do it for about a year, and assumed my ball joints were about to fall apart when I made it in to Unruh. I broke the first rule and instead of seeing what they found I told them I had $1,000+ to repair what another mechanic had told me was in dire need of repair. After a few hours received a call that they thoroughly inspected everything and it was fine and that they did not recommend the repairs. I begged them to make absolutely sure and inspect again because I had $1,000+ and wanted to fix my truck. An hour later they called back and again repeated that the repairs were not needed.

This spoke volumes to me. Here I am, practically throwing $1,000+ at them, but the ethical thing to do is what they did.

I will never take my vehicle anywhere else as long as the leadership in place currently stays there.

Stopped by the 13th and maize location recently with an emergency and they got me taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks again and I plan on returning for my regular matainence.

Fraudulent as they lied about the repairs my car needed. They wanted major repairs on the front end rack and pinion steering. It was fine. Just needed new tires and an alignment. Avoid this location unless u r an experienced mechanic. They are not a reputable business.

Do a great job. Get the job done and don't take forever to do it. Honest and don't try to nickel and dime you. Very reasonable.
