Needed brake pads for my Harley they had them in stock. Fixed me up quick thanks Nate Shepherd you guys all Rock!
Terrible.. Complete lack of respectIf i could give zero stars I would. I bought a Polaris Slingshot and it needed some recall work done. So I called Bikers Edge and they said no problem they could knock it out fairly quickly. I drop it off at the Dealership and go back the next day to pick it up when I arrive they say they got every thing done but something with the brakes. Which would have been fine had they called me and told me. Then they said it would be ready the next day, so i go to pick it up the next day and they say we got everything done but the problem with the swingarm. WHAT?!?! Still no call to tell me that it wasn't ready, so this is two days in a row i have arranged a ride to take me up there to pick this up and two days it has not been ready without a call. I didn't get mad or anything at this point, I just asked if they could call if it wasn't going to be ready, i just figure hey maybe they got busy. They did tell me i could take it for the weekend and bring it back Monday and they would get it done. So i bring it back Monday drop it off and and go to pick it up Tuesday and BOOM its not ready they went to put the swingarm on it was the wrong one, It said orange on the box but was actually red. STILL NO CALL FROM THEM TELLING ME THIS HAPPENED! So for a 3rd time i go to pick up and find out its not ready until i get here. And 3 different excuses. This is ridiculous, I own a small business and if i provided this level of Customer Service i wouldn't be open long. So i call Polaris directly and file a formal complaint within an hour of that complaint i get a call from Bikers Edge telling me to come get my unit, and they aren't going to be doing any work on it. WHO DOES THIS! The absolute worst customer service, just plain service i have ever received any where in my life. Stay away from this place. Wellington has a dealership and i will be going there from now on. I suggest you do too.
Bikers edge is a great business my boyfriend did a stunt show for Bikers edge from the first meeting we had with the staff at Bikers edge all the way to the event was an all around awesome experience. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend Bikers edge to everyone!
Great place to do business. I am a professional Streetbike freestyle rider and recently did i show for them. I can not say enough how friendly they are and it's locally owned business where you can actually meet the owner and family. How can you go wrong, great family with a great staff. And I had a issue with my motorcycle while I was there and there service shop got me fixed up in no time. They have all the state of the art tools and the know how to go with it. Like I said can't say enough about this place one of my favorite places I've done a show at!!!!!
My wife and I bought our new bike here and we really enjoyed the whole experience. When you walk in you know right away the store is ran by people who are not only knowledgeable about their bikes, but also enjoy riding them. Since our purchase I have had new pipes and other upgrades done to the bike and the mechanics and service personnel are top notch. They are helpful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend considering Bikers Edge for new bikes and equipment and also servicing your current ride.
I cannot even begin to say enough good things about Biker's Edge. They genuinely care about their customer's. It isn't just a sale to them, it is sell and then provide excellent customer service. You didn't just sell us the Slingshot, you sold us fun and happiness. In all my almost 50 years , I have never known or done something as exhilarating as going down the open road, wind in my hair, Bruno playing on Pandora, sitting next to my soul mate, us singing, and at that moment, not a care in the world. It is my therapy now, my anti-depressant. You guys know I love you, and most of all, THANK YOU!
Very cool place, good product
Friendly helpful staff and a wide selection of bikes and gear. They will let you do test rides too, if you have a motorcycle license
High prices, nice bikes, you pay for what you get.
I took my 2011 Thunderbird in on Saturday, August 13th to have my drive belt aligned. I had changed the rear tire out myself & when installed the belt would chirp when wet. I paid Biker's Edge to align the belt, letting them know I had changed the tire last. After picking up the bike and getting 1 hour south of town, it began to chirp constantly, wet or dry, all of the way to Arkansas & back. I returned today (Tuesday, August 16th) for an appointment to have it double checked. The technician took it in for 15 minutes rode it around the block briefly & said it was done. I did not get a block away before it began chirping again. I went back & they told me they had adjusted it to "spec." I requested a refund & they refused, even though they had made the issue that I had paid to have resolved even worse. I would not let them continue to work on my motorcycle as they had shown a low level of competence. Finally, I was told by the part's manager they simply used blocks of wood to lift the bike with the exhaust.
Great service dept- I inherited an older Triumph from my uncle which hadn't ran in yrs. They had quick turn-around time, real good people & very knowledgeable. I got it home only to have another minor elec. issue on the bike. Called back & the tech helped me troubleshoot it over the phone, walked me through the repair steps & got me wheeling again quickly. I'll def. keep doing business w/ them.
