I had an appointment to have my car exhaust system checked out. These people are recommended by others. My vehicle was not putting out a code at the time & they did do any work. There are so many other businesses that would have replaced everything & charged me for things that I did not need. An honest place to take your vehicle!

My Dodge Ram was too quiet for my taste. Called Bill's and the same Fay hot a Flow Master muffler installed in about an hour. Fast and friendly. I am now a customer for life.

These guys were great. Accommodated my schedule and fit me in the same day I called for service. Clearly explained prices. Clearly explained the problem with my vehicle and what needed to be done to repair it. I feel that they were very reasonably priced for the repair of my exhaust which I had smashed driving over a curb. This is not the first time I have used their services either. These guys put the custom exhaust on my old Chevy pickup. They were knowledgeable on their products. Loved the sound of my truck after the pipes they put on it. Would recommend them for all your exhaust needs. From repairs to custom work they are top notch.
I think it'd great these guys have stayed in business for as long as they have. They provide a great service to the commhnity. I can think of all the times I have drove down the road and heard that jalopy louder than heck sputtering down the road. I don't know what happened to the world these days but just because something falls apart it breaks doesn't mean you just leave it that way. We have become such a society of waste! Use and toss. So much so that even the cars we drive we don't care for and maintain. From cleaning to oil changes to getting your muffler fixed it's just not worth your time is b it. Well kudos to those of you out there taking care of things and kudos to Bill's for keeping American small busineas going.response / report this review -

BAD BRAKE JOB that I needed to take to another shop just to get straightened out. Wrecked the retainer clips and anti rattle hardware on disc pads (that I bought/had installed here), chattered the job when turning the discs so that I either need to live noise a long time (until time to actually replace the disks) or outright buy new discs themselves much sooner than needed.
I went back to speak to the manager/new owner and took him aside to discuss what was wrong (so as not to affect his other business in waiting room) and what his brake man had done wrong. I believe in giving a business a chance to rework or offer some remedy or respond before I go somewhere else to actually fix a problem. What I got when I told him was along the lines of "Oh yeah, I need to find another brake man?" and no offer to fix/replace the clips (simple/cheap fix for part of the problem) or work/rectify the problem at all. Didn't even get an apology which is first thing I'd offer from customer relations standpoint.
I took the auto to my regular mechanic who quickly fixed and replaced the damaged clips throughout. BUT nothing to be done on the chattered surface of the discs by him or anyone.once that has happened to a disc it'll continue to chatter the lathe bit and can't be "smoothed" at alldisc replacement (more than one opinion on this) would be the only fix. So I just get to live with the noise and reduced pad wear it will cause. Not real good from a customer perspective. Particularly vexing was the lack of any real response from the owner/manager at all. No offer, no apology, just sort of an oh well. The nice part of it is every time I use the brakes at slow speeds it reminds me NEVER to go back in an unmistakeable fashion.
I''ve used Bill's for years before this, but that was when Bill owned the shop. He sold to one of his former employees - the one I asked about the hacked work. Bill had customer service skills, this fellow none, and what kind of place would stand there and make excuses for NOT being able to find able help, know a customer job had been totally messed up and simply blink?
No more business out of me, and in true service fashion (I've worked in dealerships and service jobs to put myself through college)anyone that asks me about the business will get my honest advice to stay away and recommendation for another shop. I wouldn't even give them a crack at a bolt on muffler replacement for fear of similar lack of interest in the mechanical fastners involved there.
Good luck in building a business/maintaining one with this kind of customer service in the age when word of mouth, and feedback are so important. Bill's just isn't Bill's anymore.except in name (that sold right along with the facility and shop.
If it were possible, I'd give this shop no starsI simply stamped their customer loyalty card "NO RETURN" instead. Your mileage may vary, but I'd have a few doubts about letting them air my tires.response / report this review -

They got my truck in fast. Did awesome quality work. I definitely recommend even for diesels. Awesome prices. Nice people. They treat you with alot of respect. Would come here anytime

I got my money back but still.why treat customers and vehicles with such disdain! I personally witnessed one other ill treated customer try to get resolve during the small bit i had to wait. I should have known by just that alone!

Honest Manager. Gets the job done fast, does awesome custom work. Noticed he doesn't try to up sale other customers, gives them the option of the most affordable solution. Was recommended by my dealership and I see now why they use them for custom aftermarket exhausts. Call them for an estimateyou won't be disappointed.

They gave me such a sweet deal on the exhaust work for my 2004 Ford Mustang. Recommend everyone to use this muffler shop. Rocky (manager/master technician) is the best!!!
