I stopped by for information on purchasing tires, was given a printed estimate and other information on the tires I was interested in. About an hour later I decided to go ahead with the purchase, called and was informed there was an opening if I wanted to come right in. Everyone was very polite and professional, the tires look great on my car. If I need any additional work, I'll be sure to give them first crack at it as I feel they are a reputable shop.

I have never in my life been so happy with a auto repair shop. I took a alternator I'm to have the pulley pulled off and installed and they did it with out question and even installed it onto my new alt. And never even asked for a dime to do it. That is what all American Automotive can and will do for you. They are very fast and have a very competitive price for shop rate. Thank you very much guys and keep up the great work.

It's good to know that customer service still exists! I have been to All American Automotive twice and both times have been very impressed. On my last visit three employes stopped what they were working on to assist me with my truck. I don't know another place in Wichita that would have the integrity to not help and not charge for the issue I was experiencing. They don't know it, but they have earned all my future business. Thanks All-American!
