Prices are okay. I've had my car serviced here a few times. They are reliable. And open later then other car shops. Clean and friendly environment.
Friendly and very helpful service. My car battery died, just across the street. I walked over to buy a new battery and asked if I could borrow a tool to switch it out. They sent a technician to walk across West St.with me, to jump started my car. Within 5 minutes at the shop, I had a new battery. Definitely will be returning for any future needs here.
We had tires replaced and an alignment done on our vehicle. Whoever balanced them needs training on how to balance tires, or your machine needs calibrated, because my vehicle now shakes at highway speeds. Likewise, whoever did the alignment needs to learn how to perform alignments. My steering wheel is now clocked to the left.
You might also teach your employees how to properly lift a vehicle.
All first day on the job stuff. Pretty simple.
Response to owner: above is enough info for you since my last name is visible and the work was down at your West Wichita location (2015 Ford Flex ring a bell?). I do not need you to fix this situation as your employees couldn't do it right the first time. I'd be more than happy to show your people how to do it right the first time, without issues.
Somewhat high staff turnover but friendly and helpful for the most part. Staff not always knowledgeable. Take care to double check any vehicle work you have done here.
Really was helpful, Did a fine job just hate to wait at least they provided Wi-Fi and coffee
Why can't we leave less than one star? Seriously. When a tire store tells you that you need new rotors and brakes, it should be because you need new rotors and brakes. When a tire store inspects your brakes, they shouldn't leave the caliper loose so it makes a horrible sound when you are braking. Was this to try to make me feel forced to have you guys do work for me? I managed to take my car to a friend after the inspection and I didn't need ANY of the $700 worth of work that they said I needed on the front. When I can trust a mechanic, I can see myself giving them more of my business. When I can't trust a mechanic, it makes me want to wave a sign in front of their business to warn people about them.
Great service! Lady at the customer service counter kept it organized and professional while multi-tasking. Good service by techs!
The price was competitive but the service during and after the purchase isn't worth the savings. Would advise to consider all options before buying from them.
The prices weren't bad and I do feel like they did an OK job on my new tires. But the mechanic that worked on my truck was very rough on it. Slamming my tailgate and I'm pretty sure broke my spare tire winch. I get my vehicles treated better, much better, when I go to Walmart. I would definitely suggest going somewhere else if you don't want your vehicle treated like garbage.
I bought a full set of tire from here over a year ago, and they always leaked and I'd have to put air in at least one of them every few days, I had gone back after a week and asked if they could reseal them and was told that was a real hassle and they were too busy. So I put up with airing up a tire every few days until one got to low and bubbled the side. I went in to buy a replacement. The lady working the front desk was very helpful, I explained what was going on and asked if they could be sure to clean the bead on the wheel really good. She said they should of taken care of the problem immediately right after I bought the tires and that she would have them reseal the other 3 at no additional charge. That is what customer service is about and keeps people coming back. You need more people like her running your front desk's. The other guy that was too busy to take care of the problem had me where I didn't want to deal with that shop ever again except they were the only ones I could find in town that had my tire in stock. The lady that helped me the other day won me back. If she's not already the manager, you should make her one.
Terrible place went to get new tires and when putting on they said front brakes were bad so i had them change so i paid everything was fine.. two weeks later i hear grinding on my rotor on front passenger side so i take truck back they said my caliper froze causing it to grind so i paid 400 for them to replace caliper and her it is not a month later grinding AGAIN this time my rotor is gone trash so i take my truck back not its the bracket that holds the caliper which if i want them to fix i have to pay them MORE money but not happening im at another auto shop as i type this to have them fix this place is pathetic
Nice enough people. Fast service. Had to go back because error with new tires.
These guy's are wonderful, I was in town visiting my relatives. Realized at 5pm that I had a nail in my tire they got me right in were great about my time and I was able to get back to my visit. If you need tires this is the place to go in Wichita ks.
After an issue with an employee, Wes, the store manager stepped up to the plate and made things more than right. He understands the importance of good customer relations and is a very kind person overall. Will definitely do business with them again and recommend them to my friends. Good guys and very professional.
