What shamrock did was criminal. I had an accident and had both lower control arms replaced. One was bent which they agreed after I had to show them how it was bent. For $165 they could get a new control arm, and wanted to charge for its instillation and realignment. Autozone sold me the part for $75. The bolts holding the arm on were extremely used. The arm would have not held very long. Shamrock wanted my front wheels to fall off. Too bad I have to give them one star.
You saw the car up on a lift, showing the control arms, and told me they were not bent. I had to show you that they were. I lost out on my thanksgiving travels, replaced both control arms, and due to the quality of the other parts in it, I can not get it aligned properly. You could not get it aligned properly either. I have your printout showing this. It is closer, now but more work to be done. Do you know a good mechanic?response / report this review -

Overcharged and had to repair several things and all I need was tires.
I received a call from the general manager. They take pride in the way customers are treated. I was very surprised to hear back, so I will go back and give them a chance to make things right. I was very impressed.response / report this review -

Always a fast and courteous experience I get all my oil changes done here and since I bought my new tires here as well they give a free balance and rotate with each scheduled oil change! Can't beat that deal anywhere.
