I got my main carpeting from them 22 years ago and have been using them ever since. I have new main carpeting ordered now. But in addition, I needed an odd-shaped area rug. Bill came up with a solution and it was ready within a day and looks great.

Called a couple of days ago to set up an appt to have Bill come out and give an estimate on recarpeting my parents home. Bill was supposed to be there at 6pm tonight (10/28). Never showed nor had the courtesy to call. My parents are in their 80's and United is only 15 min from where they live. My Mom asked, "how is he going to sell any carpet like that?" Guess that sums it up.
