I can't say enough about my experience here. I shopped around at multiple jewelers before finding Lee and his team. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and professional in helping me build my engagement ring. Trying to put all my ideas into fruition at every jeweler was very frustrating as it seemed no one seemed to understand or have the ability to create my dream ring for my fiancé. Within a five minute conversation with Lee, he knew exactly what we were looking for and had very similar rings to demonstrate his input. He had a computer generated image and wax model built within a week and they were spot on. The final product was even more amazing and I couldn't ask for anything more. I have found my jeweler for life without a doubt.

My experience at Krombolz was beyond great. From the time I first walked in the door, I felt right at home and knew I wouldn’t be searching elsewhere. Anita worked closely with me and guided me on the journey of finding both the perfect diamond, as well as the perfect setting within my budget. Lee then went off with our ideas and designed an absolutely amazing ring. Needless to say, the outcome was phenomenal and my fiancé was instantly head over heels with the unique design and sparkle of her new ring. Even after walking out the door with ring in hand, Anita’s outstanding customer service has continued. From checking in to see if my fiancé said yes, to bringing us in for a same day re-sizing the day we returned from our trip, to inquiring about the details of the engagement, I can honestly say Anita and the rest of team have been great. Hats off to Lee for the stellar job creating the ring, and to Anita for educating me and keeping me calm throughout the process.

Lee Krombholz is the most trustworthy and excellent jeweler I have ever worked with. His staff is fantastic (Hi Anita!) and his shop is warm and welcoming. I have been a customer for 20 years and will continue to be for life. Can't recommend Krombholz highly enough!

Krombholz Jewelers was amazing. For a guy who had no clue what he was doing buying an engagement ring, Lee and the family sure took care of me. Lee was very professional, trusting and helpful. He made the experience painless and quick. My fiance was super happy with the new ring as well.
