  I was getting rid of some old items. Just as a test took in some small items in see how they do business. They are totally dishonest. They were nice enough to offer coupons. No thank you, I don't need it. I will take all my other items across town. Failed 👎

  No one wants to be "that customer" but there I was, dangling on the precipice of loss, my Nikon D90 and ES-175 about two hours from new homes, whining to Manny about obsolete grace periods and other nonsense when I witnessed the customer service that brings me to Facet and nowhere else. You can tell when a place cares and the folks at Facet do. Thank you!

  Came into sell some jewelry and Michael Kelch, helped us, cleaned all my families rings without us even asking, and showed us some of his stuff he makes THE COOLEST STUFF EVER, everyone should come see him at his shows..! I will recommend this place to everyone because of him and his stuff including service!!

  Had good experiences purchasing items here in the past. However today I took gold in to sell and was only offered 50% of market scrap value. Drove into old milford and minutes later walked out of the gold and coin shop with 85% of market value. Won't be doing business with facet in the future

  I just went there today 1/11/17 in the guns ammo section. Waited 10min no body wanted to help me. There was someone behind that counter waiting another 2 more min. Then left. Then went to Amelia one wait 15 min then a guy was behind counter. Phone rings he pick it up. I said I was here 1st he said hold on. If I could I would had grab phone hung up on this customer dk if I'll b back. But I will tell my friends about this who don't want a 500 1500 sale on guns guess u don't

  I have shopped there twice now. They have some great deals here. Jesse is great to deal with and was very helpful and patient. Before shopping here I have never made a purchase at a Pawn Shop because most of them are over priced. I found Facets to be just the opposite. Keep up the good work. I will be back to make more purchases. I plan to buy a couple of the Sccy handguns for my wife and I soon. I will ask Jesse.

  Lost several items I had in pawn. Would call monthly to make a payment to secure my items. Assumed I was paying on all items. Even asked if all my things were safe for the month. Went in last week to get my belongings back and learned some pawns were forfeited. Don't pawn things u absolutely want back. I no longer have my wedding ring.

  I purchased an I pad, when I got it home it had some technical problems I called they said "bring it in we'll fix it, exchange it or refund it" went back and they replaced it. No problems. All of the staff was kind and courteous even down to giving my daughter an extra suckers for the road. The jewelry selection was huge and even some original crafted pieces. As a first timer they definitely made a great first impression I'll definitely be buying here again!
