Excellent service whenever I called I got alive person they answered all my questions I'm very happy with their service if you need insurance you should call Pam at State Farm.

Pam and her staff are knowledgeable, professional, and responsiveeverything you want in an insurance agent. They are backed by a good company that makes processing a claim easy (unfortunately, I had a fender bender to report so I know).

One of the best experiences Ive ever had. They always answer the phone, not once have I ever had a missed call and Ive called quite a few times to get quotes for various things, car insurance, jewelry coverage, etc. Always nice, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to find me the best rate or answer any questions I have. Couldnt ask for a better experience.

Every once in a while, over the past few years, I have to call their office for a question about this or that regarding my homeowners / auto insurance policies. They have never once answered the phone. Ever. The answering machine always answers. And the return-call rate when leaving a message, is about 50%. I get way more responsiveness by just calling the 800 number. Yet, it seems they always have time to call me when they're peddling additional products they want me to buy. So, if you're someone who likes a full-service experience, I'm not sure this office is the right fit for you.
