I have been to many urgent care visits at many different places and this is the best, I have taken my 3 year old there a few times and myself. They do a great job and are very professional, they really care. This is my goto urgent care for now on.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Absolutely atrocious. Receptionist was rude, couldn’t read my last name off my ID, and could not do simple math. I’m not going to risk going to a place where the staff is rude AND can’t read or do arithmetic. All I needed was a strep test.

The service at urgent care was ok,billing department I tried to reach for a days to pay my bill was completely unprofessional. I notified the urgent care office about that but nobody ever held me,if I have to go to urgent care next time I will choose some other facility.

I have been to this facility two times and on both occasions have dealt with the most professional and helpful doctors as well as nurses. It really beats going to the hospital being treated poorly and sitting for hours! Thank you Dr. Susan for great service!

Awesome place. I would travel out of my way to go back here if I had an issue. The lady at the front helped me with all of my insurance issues and literally circled everywhere I had to sign.

Med + Urgent care is close by to our neighboring cities, and the waiting time is a fraction of what you will experience in any ED.
Patients leave our facility confident and assured that they have received "best practice" from our Board Certified ED Physician, and the caring, knowledgable, professional ED nurses.
I refer my family, all of my friends, and neighbors to Med +Urgent Care.
All report a great experience, and become repeat clients !

I have visited Med Plus on more than one occasion for follow up treatment for a broken ankle. The staff is always friendly and courteous. It's refreshing to have an actual MD present for treatment at an Urgent Care. Dr. Lohre is extremely knowledgeable and thorough! I would highly recommend Med Plus Urgent Care!

We chose this location because of the proximity, and its posted hours indicated that the clinic was still open. We arrived before close, but the clinic was already closed up. We soon realized that the only car in the parking lot, which almost hit us in its haste to back out and drive away, must have been the last staff member leaving.before close. Note: I also called before driving to the clinic to confirm that they were still open and seeing patients. I suppose the lack of answer should have indicated they were not.

Very nice people. Wonderful doctors. They care about people. love these guys. Takes a long time to get in I think. Granted everywhere does nowadays. I like these guys more than any other urgent care or community health center I've been to. At least they've given me the right treatment every time and are very nice and helpfulthat includes their whole staff.

To the entire staff at Med+,

Thank you all so much for making me feel as comfortable as if I was at home! Dr. Lohre did surgery to remove a cyst that was a pain in my neck (literally) for the past year. The staff at Med+ are some of the nicest and most knowledgeable people in the area. Thank you guys for the quick and reasonably priced service!!!!!!!

I am 13 years old and I was really sick I have this other urgent care that I'm I go to but we're not open. At that urgent care the doctor has no personality the wait is long,it's very dirty and they diagnose you with in seconds without thought. Me and my mom were looking for a close place to bring me so we try ed med+urgent care. Everyone was so nice! It was clean and they got me in fast! They talked to me about my symptoms and listen the doctor was so nice they gave me a lollipop and a mint and they have some antibiotics for my cold I definitely recommend going there!

I recently moved here from Southern California where I am used to 3 - 6 hour waits for urgent care and poor service. I feel so lucky to have found this place! Its so close and convenient. I have three sons and they seem to get sick or need attention whenever its not convenient (weekends and nights mostly). Med + Urgent Care has always been prompt with excellent bedside manner. I am amazed on how fast we can get in and out. They are the nicest people and I love to brag to my family and friends in California that Urgent Care is quick out here in Cincinnati. This is always my go too whenever we are in need. My family and I will continue to go here!
