This place is a bit pricey but they have very comfortable assigned seats and they offer a lot of choices at their concessions!

Slow concessions so give yourself some extra time to buy popcorn but overall a nice theater and wonderful seats!

Black line on screen first to your right -- very distracting. Beware that if you get a large popcorn during a late showing, don't expect a free refill or compensation. Those things are expensive so I expect a second fill to take ho me. The manager said they were out and refused any way to compensate the lack of an available refill. Dumb on their part because a bucket of yummy popcorn in the kitchen has always been a great advertisement of a great time at UA in my home.

I love this movie theatre. I've went here since I was a kid and it's gotten better. They've been slowly remodeling the whole place. The theatres have all been replaced with large leather recliners and wider walkways that completely takes out the claustrophobic feel of sitting in a full theatre. No the lobby isn't as nice as other theatres but who cares? I care about the comfort when I watch my movie and this theatre has that covered.

Reclining seats in theater were really comfortable, back and legs weren't cramping up like they would with regular seats. Temperature in theater was just right, I thought it might get cold (my first time here btw) so I brought a thin jacket in with me but I didn't need it! Movie was great also!

I do not usually go to this particular theater, but they were showing a limited edition movie here. We arrived, and were greeted at the concession stand with unfriendly and unenthusiastic assistance. The popcorn was stale and unappealing.
When went to take our seats, we were then informed that the movie, which my wife had pre-ordered tickets for, wasn't going to be showing. The young man who informed us of this had very little to give in the way of details and offered to get his manager. We heard the manager over the radio try to pawn off her duties on someone else, but after several minutes finally emerged to speak with the now gathered crowd.
The manager was very short and rude with the disappointed customers. She told us we could come back for another showing 5 hours later. When people said they wouldn't be unable to make that showing, she all but shrugged her shoulders, and said that was what she could offer.
After a few customers whom had already paid and even bought concessions started getting vocal (understandable) she gave another employee vouchers for another viewing to hand out with no further explanation. No one knew what exactly was going on, and it was all handled very poorly.
We will not be returning to this theater. There are multiple other theaters in the area that have much better customer service.

the seats in all the theaters reclines and are much more spacious than normal theater seating. you can reserve seats at the front desk and also when you buy tickets online. it is kept rather clean and especially in the theater room. the sound system is especially good in all the screen rooms I've been in. it is highly recommended to buy tickets online because then you can skip the line to buy tickets.

This movie theater is somewhat past it prime and a bit dated. The parking lot isn't the best for entrance and exit especially when busy. Its very expensive for tickets. The seating is assigned and they have wonderful power recliner seats. The ticket counter is small and easily gets backed up. The concession area is also small. The movie experience seems good enough as the picture quality and sound was fine.

Where to start with this place. I recently took my daughters to a movie here, and it was an absoluteky awful experience. The first thing i noticed was the mess someone made in the restroom. The problem is i told them about it before we even sat down in our seats. The mess was still there after a two hour movie. The theater was ungodly hot. Broke a sweat just sitting in the seat. They also never turned the house lights all the way down. They said it was a safety issue and that they never turn them all the way down. The theater beside had theirs all the way down. The staff are lazy and will lie just to cover up how poor of an operation is being ran there.

Huge recliners as seats. All are very clean and not ripped up. Concession foods are very good as well. Only complaint is they turn off the icee machines and toss all the popcorn before the last movie is over so no refills which is BS.

Seats are great, very roomy and have their own arm rests and cup holders. Staff was pleasant. Concessions a little pricey, but aren't they all? The men's room is located in the theater area while the women's room is out in the lobby.

Theater itself is nice. Recliners are great. Buy your tickets online so you get the seats you want. Concessions a bit pricey, and there isn't nearly enough help to make the lines run quickly (less than 15 minutes in line). The concession experience can ruin a great movie. You either have to arrive 30 minutes before movie, or not want popcorn.
