While the staff was friendly, the rooms weren't properly cleaned. There was a half eaten bag of popcorn behind the nightstand. The bathroom had no toiletries and the toilet paper roll was not refreshed. And while the beds were clean and comfortable, the air conditioning unit did not work.

Hated it. Yes they were renovating but it still feel like you're walking into a dump. We were in town visiting and got dropped of here since it was close to the airport for our morning flight. IT WENT BAD. The front desk wanted to see my girlfriend's mother's ID since they need ID of everyone staying or visiting the room. I told them she wasn't coming to the room just dropping us off. I also started asking question about why they needed to charge my credit card on a paid for Expedia stay. They don't like being questioned. This led to being refused check in. To look back on it, it seems this place is party or gang hang out (from the signs on the from door about no hoodies, no sunglasses etc) so they think everyone arriving is here for one night stands or to do drugs.
Waited for the shift change ans spoke to the manager. That went worse but after pretty much begging, they gave us our room. Man, I wish I paid $20 more to stay somewhere else.
So i guess the one positive about this place is they treat everyone the same. If you're a family or a sex worker or a gang member you get the same level of service from the staff and management.

Well basically it's under construction because it's no longer a Quality inn but it's now called the Red Roof in. I won't kill them to much because of this very reason but this hotel should've been closed for remodeling but because of a major event for the week they decided to remain open. Phones in the room were for display, no smoke detectors are in the room and you can definitely see why it's being remodeled. On a good note the staff was super nice, friendly, and understanding with working with what they had to work with. No ice in ice machines and all though I appreciate the shuttle service it's unorganized as I've ever seen in my life. Me, my wife and 2 little girls waited an 1 hr 30 minutes to be picked up after missing the first shuttle van the driver said he'd be back to pick us up at a different location where he picks up from. So we walk down the street to the location he told us but to our surprise another driver comes and park in a totally different location so guess what? We missed it again. Called the front desk and they said it's nothing they can do and they don't have the shuttle driver number. Therefore had to wait again and in the meantime so is 20 more people SMH. So of course everyone is aggravated at this point so all 20 of had to pile into that van because it's the only one and they weren't trying to wait another 30 minutes. What a mess! Oh wait there's more Booked a deluxe room with a fridge, went to front desk because you can't call it to let them know and the response was sorry we don't have any refrigerators, ironing board had no cover. So couldn't save leftovers or iron our clothes the whole 3 days here. Again this place had no business being open while preparing for renovations.

So when we got here found out the hotel is in shambles. We sucked it up and stayed. This morning we find out there is no breakfast. Just don't even bother with this place.

It's a nice hotel for the price. I've been multiple times, with few problems, but if you are looking for decent, inexpensive placesI recommend

I'm only giving this one star because zero isn't an option. DO NOT come here no matter the price. I stay here only because of work. (Semi driver) the place is absolutely disgusting. Weird smells in the halls and rooms, mildew on the walls and in the bathrooms as well as the showers, and stains on the carpets. My shower had a hole in the wall behind the shower head because it had been leaking for so long the water eventually eroded away the drywall. The particular room I was in was missing three bulbs from various light fixtures around the room. The plugs didn't work so I couldn't charge my phone and the heating/AC unit barely worked and squeaked LOUDLY all night. The phone was broken (which is how my company contacts me for work) and when I went down to replace it both women behind the counter said there was nothing they could do.

Like I said, absolutely DO NOT COME HERE. You'll feel dirtier checking out than you did checking in.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Can't comment w/o giving a single star, these people would get a -☆, otherwise.
    COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL CREW!!!!
At this time this location is NO LONGER a Choice Hotel, REVOKED, by the Choice Co..
Reaped calls for a shuttle, on two different days, an was told it was on the way. Was basically told it's my fault, that I was at the wrong location, etc., etc. P/u took between 1 an 2 hrs for a 10min. ride, even during rush hour. This airport is one of the smallest I've been to, an other hotel shuttles offered me a ride.
The downstairs bathrooms were both locked until after 0700, even though repeated requests were made by multiple individuals.
Arrived hrs before check-in and left my bag at the desk. When I returned later the same day it took 20min. to find my bag. I actually had to ask the lady to check ALL the doors (rooms) in the office area.
Upon check-in I was charged for the room AGAIN, even though I had shown my confirmation info w/confirmed payment. NOT resolved until I returned home, since office hrs at Choice Co. are limited.
There wasn't a hair dryer and the phone in my room was for a different room #, not such a big deal, BUT..
I checked out at 0330 for a 0515 flight, but the email I received shows a 0730 checkout.
Pictures and call logs are available upon request.
ONCE AGAIN STAY AWAY, spend an extra $50 for a well known establishment.!!!!
