The room was very nice. We had 2 full beds and a pull out bed. Plenty of space for 4 people staying in the room. The breakfast had lots of options and tasted great. Everyone was very helpful and nice.

Very conveniently located on the northeast side of Indianapolis near Carmel and Castleton. Just off the highway 465 and very easy to get to. Rooms are spacious and seem updated compared to when I last stayed here 2 years ago. If I had to guess what was updated, I would guess the lobby area and public area carpets, room carpets, and room sectional sleeper sofa. But I may be wrong. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. My room's shower head was horrendous, and I couldn't find a setting to my liking. I enjoy the spaciousness of the rooms here. I think, with the two double bed configuration, the room could hold up to 6 people (albeit, cramped), but it could. Free breakfast daily was good. I liked the fact that I could order from the gallery menu if I felt a craving late at night. Everyone here is nice and polite. Not out-of-their-way polite. But nice, and just as I had expected. I have stayed here on at least 6 occasions, and I choose this hotel for what I stated above, but also the convenience to the highway, and neighboring restaurants and shopping. I will definitely stay here again on a future visit to Indy.

Very friendly and service oriented staff. Always asking if there was anything we needed. Great location. Rooms were clean and good size. Easy enough room for 2 adults and a messy teenage girl soccer player! Only negative seems to be the norm at a lot of hotels. Breakfast. All at one moment the breakfast bar was out of cups, forks, refill time of the eggs was loong and had oatmeal that had a ladle for serving with the ladle not about to let go. Coffee very strong and scalding hot. Cold water and creamer and good to go.

We spent the weekend here after all of the West Lafayette hotels were either booked or jacked up their rates for Purdue parents weekend.
This hotel is clean, beds are comfy, breakfast is good, but what makes this hotel special is the people. We were greeted by everyone no matter their position. Everyone says hello. It is refreshing to be around friendly staff. I️ want to especially give kudos to Josh and Gabe. They work nights and sat and talked with them while they took care of the bar that is open to midnight. They both go above and beyond to make sure everyone has what they need.
Overall, it was a great experience here. The price is right and the people are friendly. We will be back!response / report this review -

Good hotel. The rooms are clean and it has a fantastic location if you want to explore the downtown area.
We ran in to a problem though as there so happened to be 2 conferences going on that weekend, and they were staying at this Hyatt as well. For the 499 hotel rooms there are, there are only 4 elevators, so we always had to wait a while to get an elevator.
Otherwise, good stay. Would recommend!response / report this review -

Very nice hotel and rooms were great. My only complaints are the room cleanliness in the corners and high areas. Also the receptionists were extremely slow to buy a drink that is right at the front desk. They could quickly bill to the room but couldnt do cash as they had no change and credit card took some time. They did well with their breakfast.

John Mitchum (front desk receptionist) was so kind and awesome with helping me find receipts from recent stays at the hotel. I know this is review is supposed to be about the hotel itself but without such great staff like John you really cannot run a successful hotel can you? Thank you so much john!!! You are seriously awesome!!!

There is so much to say! First, the room was amazing, comfortable and the perfect stay for the week I resided.The kitchen remained clean and food that accommodated my health diet. Andrea was very polite, professional, and was constantly moving to keep the kitchen up to par! John at the front desk was very prompt, professional and welcoming! He also was very informal with anything that I asked. Everyone in the hotel seemed to work together and vibe with each other. There was no arguing or bickering or open frustration. My experience here was superb and I'd refer this hotel to anyone that wants to be treated special!

Everything with the hotel was great! Employees were friendly, breakfast was well stocked, beds were comfy. My only sticking point was the layout of the room in regards to the bathroom. The shower and toilet were in their own room, and then the sink was outside of that room. Additionally, the fan in the bathroom didn't work with is frustrating when showering. Otherwise, great visit, would recommend!

A bit understaffed, but everyone is really nice. I don't think I'd book this place at their normal listed rate. But I used Priceline, so the stay was worth the money. The free breakfast and free WiFi was nice. The 24 hour cafe food was like a 7 Eleven, so try to go out to eat if possible.

This was such a great experience for our whole team. I have booked at this Hyatt multiple times for groups (team tennis, travel volleyball) and have never been disappointed. It is very reasonably priced for that area. EVERY staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile. The bartender came over and gave cherries to the little ones in our group because she remembered they liked them from the night before. They opened breakfast for us early so we could get to our tournament on time. One of the staff changed my shower curtain mid stay and I hadn't even asked her to do it (it was a little old). Great location to the mall and lots of eateries. Only complaint from anyone was the noise on the highway side of the hotel. Can't be helped with their location. They do offer earplugs for free at the front desk which is a good idea at any hotel as people can be loud in the hallways. I will definitely book again. For groups, Tracy and Lisa were fantastic to work with - thanks Hyatt Place Team!
