I had my X-Type serviced on Monday, June 20, 2016. The work was done as promised, on time and for less than the original estimate. The car was sparkling clean inside and out when I picked it up. Communication from the service department was accurate and efficient. I have found the Jaguar service department at Union Park to be consistently excellent over the last eight years that they have been attending to my X-Type. Very pleased.

Dropping my jaguar off for service is like taking my baby home , although my Jaguar is an older model it gets treated as if it were bran new , Union Park always follow through .They explained and fix everything and the spa treatment for the car is amazing I have never had a bad experience when dealing with Union Park Jaguar and if I can be totally honest My wallet does not hurt after leaving the service department.

My experience was good except when trying to make my appointment online. I filled out the online request for services and no one contacted me after 2 days I had my wife call direct. And when she called the said she seen I put in for service but no one ever called me. But needless to say thanks for repairing my car. Because I normally go to Annapolis Maryland to have my car serviced. But since I live in Delaware I figured it make sense to use Union Jaguar , but again thanks for your prompt attention when I did drop off my car.

I was very pleased with the service I received. My car had been parked for some time in damp conditions. It ran very rough and the "check service" light came on. The car did start running smoothly, but the warning light remained on. My local mechanic wanted to perform over $800 of repairs. I was skeptical, so I took it to Union Park Jaguar. After a thorough check it was determined that all the car needed was fuel injector cleaner at very minor cost. The car still runs very smoothly. Thanks, Union Park!
