Landmark Recovery SAVED MY LIFE! The program offered is intense, challenging and educational. I found the staff to be caring and loving as well as being attentive to my needs to feel safe and supported throughout this journey. The residential program was vital and the aftercare programs of intensive outpatient and a step down to outpatient set me firmly on my path to a new life. It goes so far beyond detox and abstinence, they taught me that

It's the best place I've been to personally, but its such a shame that you have to have a lot of money to get decent help. I'm back in active addiction but no longer have insurance, so I'm at a loss of what to do or where to go.

Channing in admissions is an absolute doll. Even though they don't take my daughter in-law's insurance $$ she was very helpful in directing me to someone who does in a way that didn't feel like just passing the buck. God bless the work you all do.

They put me on suboxone. Only to take me off when I was sent home.. So i got incredibly sick.. So why go for a detox???.. Its a pretty place.. But kunda like looks aren't everything!!!

Chronic pain and pain pills combined to suck my soul and ruin my quality of life. LVRC. I was at the jumping off place when the universe conspired to send me to the Pain Treatment Program. Staff were world class, kindest people I have ever met. Facilities were as clean and nice as a Hilton, but what I learned here was priceless.

They go the extra mile. The chaplain may have saved my life. I was restored to sanity, my energy levels without opioids and my clearness of thought have returned. 28 days at LVRC CHANGED MY LIFE and I am extremely grateful.

Without reservation, I recommend this place and I researched treatment centers all over the country. This is the best. If you or someone wants to recover, this is the place

I've heard people say that Las Vegas Recovery Center is the best rehab in Las Vegas. I believe this to be true. LVRC saved my daughter's life. If you have a loved one in active addiction, go to their Friday night family support meetings. That is where I started and I am so grateful.

VERY unprofessional staff. After meeting with my brother one time, ONE TIME, they informed us and the insurance company that he did not need rehab. This caused the insurance to pull their funding for my brother. The amount of emotional distress it has caused my family is unreal. Its not the easiest to get someone you love into rehab in the first place, just to have the facility have him on his way out a week later. Horrible experience. I would stay away, I am sure you can find a facility that will do right by your loved one.

The help my wife received was invaluable, But; we are currently having a very very difficult time with your billing & handling of my insurance. We can not get through to you the fact that in order to be reimbursed we must have a valid statement showing the total cost of care & how much we paid out-of-pocket. It is very simple really. All reputable hospitals and/or Dr. offices send an itemized statement with the amount due and amount paid for services rendered. We do not understand why you can not do the same. Our insurance company does not understand either since it has requested repeatedly for more info which you have delayed sometimes to the point of denial of the claim. Please fix this system. Also please be sure that memos sent about patients is the CORRECT information. I, (the patient) was over medicated 2 days after my real blood mother/best friend died while I was in treatment. The P.A.,John was unaware of my situation and his memo said I had trouble w/ my mother-in-law??? He only told me & I didn't see his copy. Timeliness & correctness of a situation is of the essence in many situations. I'm probably one of the few patients that came out of rehab taking more meds than when I went in. The cleaning & kitchen staff was amazing they get 5 stars.

I had a terrible experience there with Dr. Mel Pohl. I was experiencing an emotional distress situation due to the suboxone I was detoxing from and the staff treated me as if I were an insain individual that brought drugs into the facility. My room was searched and medication was withheld from me for 9 hours at a time. They shipped me off to a lock down behavioral center because I was sobbing often. Dr. Pohl was extremely rude and insensitive to what I was experiencing. Having been to LVRC 3 times prior to this past time, I felt as if they would have known me better than they actually cared to treat me. Super disappointed in the quality of care and compassion I received. Not everyone is a cookie cutter case and they don't listen to what you feel might benefit your treatment.
