I am a resident and I use to like it Till later in months it got worse I can't believe they don't have the guts to vacate people that are doing wrong.. I know for a fact drug dealing goes on. And people driving there cars around the complex late at night with there music loud. Thinking there "awsome" IM sure all smoked up is what they are.. Stupid! But hey mock my words this complex is bound to be another ghetto That's why property was sold.. So stay away unless you into this sort of stupidity as some north Las Vegas complex are

I am a 3 yr resident here and I WILL NOT RENEW MY LEASE HERE. Apts are decent (a bit small) but convenient too bad there is a ton of THEFT here. I know this is Vegas.. but it's really bad at Alexan Cheyenne. The vehicle gate is always broken/left open allowing anyone access. I've had my car broken into, my wife's car broken into and on New Year's Day 2012 my chained up scooter was stolen as well. That was the finally straw. We don't have flashy vehicles or items left inside either. Their response: They can't afford any security in these economic times. BE WARNED. They have a SERIOUS problem and they aren't doing anything about it.

These apartments are beautiful. The maintenance crew know what they are doing and are friendly. The office staff are always available to help their residents. You are also close to grocery stores, schools, a bank, and a huge shopping plaza. I have lived here for 15 months and am sad to leave. If these apartments were closer to my job I would definitely rent again.
