Spacious rooms, friendly staff, and easy to get to. The rooms are in fair condition. This a decent place to stay in Columbia, if you need to stay local. There is easy access to the surrounding areas.

I visited a friend at their long term suite here, and it was a nice place with a little kitchen area and includes a pullout couch in addition to the bed.

This place is horrible. It smells like cigarettes and the management is very unhelpful and selfish. I would definitely not recommended.

The manager here is completely rude and disrespectful. I've only ever had issues with him and never any other staff ir the hotel in general besides the cleanliness (i've seen worst but i've seen better for this experience). He has harrassed and raised his voice at me every time I come in contact with him. Only one of those times I actually got a key, because I had to walk away from him continuing to harrass and yell. I have asked the policies of the hotel so I would know for future reference and he has refused to give me any kind of documentation whatsoever to read and sign. He is a complete monster and it is truly disgusting. I've never had any other problem with any of the staff, ever. They have all been nice and solving any issues that I may have had whether it was a key or parking or whatever it may be. I feel harrassed and targeted so whomever hired this individual needs to know about this.

The staff is nice but sorry this is not enough for an hotel at this price.
- Toilets clogs all the time for no reasons ( it's a mess )
- Fan in the toilet is nosier than the concord on take off and is ready to break
- Dishwasher was so dirty, it had bugs and an entire eco-system in it.
( I went at the lobby I've been told the dishwasher was not working, I had to use the sink read next line)
- Sink was clogged at first use like I guess it was clogged before I took the room idk

Well, I'm spending nights trying to fix things instead of relaxing I'm not paying an hotel room to have to unclog toilets myself with broken "unclog stick" yeah even that was broken. ( It's available at the lobby not in your room, so you have to wall around the hotel with that sticky thing )

Very, very very disappointed!!!!!

Stayed here for 30 days during an opening for a new restaurant and it could of been a lot better,I guess the place is old it definetly needs updating put the staff was very nice and pleasant.may need to go back to the area of Columbia but not sure where ill stay

The room is small and the tube needs to be replaced, an update is due however Francis at the front desk was very nice and attentive.this is definitely a 2 star hotel..

Absolutely appalling customer service at the front desk. Rude from top to bottom, and refused to give a single pillow for the pull out bed. Sleeping tonight with rolled up t-shirts and the utmost desire to never stay with Extended Stay again. Move on, traveller- this spot is not for you.

Rooms are dirty and musty, I suspect mold may be an issue. The kitchenware is of the quality you would expect to find near the bottom of a clearance bin at a thrift store going-out-of-business sale. The free WiFi is so slow at peak times it's not worth using, and you have to re-log in to it every few hours which is annoying. The "breakfast" consists of some sugar/carb combo, like Little Debbie snacks and oatmeal packets; things no responsible person should consume. Exercise room is just some cardio machines. Again the place is very dirty.

This may seem like a good deal, but I assure you it is not! Pay the extra few dollars and stay somewhere better.

I am not sure if this location is comparable to other Extended Stay America locations, but I do not intend to find out. Nothing about this place was bad enough to give it one star. No bugs, AC worked, water was clean. But, comparing to very similarly priced hotels in the area there is no reason for this hotel to be in the condition it is in.

Everything is brown and looks like it has had the same color scheme for the last 30 years. The Kitchenette has the oldest or lowest cost appliances possible and the dishes, pans, utensils they provide, only upon request (Guess they didn't buy enough for all the rooms :( ) are very low quality.

The one redeeming quality is its location. It is very close to a Wegmans, which has the best prices and selection for grocery shopping in the area. And it is very close to some rather good places to eat, although if you are trying to save money by staying here, going out to eat may not be possible.

Also, the outdoor pool no longer exists!

Room was large and comfortable, especially for the price. Dishwasher was clogged and had standing water. Front desk is closed at nights, with a bell to get someone. No one ever appeared, and I was unable to get linens for the sofa bed.

I stayed with my wife and adult daughter at the beginning of May 2017 in this hotel for a total of three nights, the first two of which were consecutive. Each time we stayed in a double-bed suite with a sleeper sofa. This room comes equipped with a pretty decent-sized refrigerator (with freezer), a small kitchen with a two-burner electric stove, kitchen sink, small microwave, dishwasher, a sleeper sofa for two, two double beds, a 32-inch TV, a reclining soft chair, a floor AC unit, bathroom with tub and sink outside of it, a table with office chair, and the usual props like closet, iron, ironing board, hair dryer. All in all the room is pretty decent and provides plenty of space for three people (who don't want to share a bed).

The negatives are: the hotel seems like it has paper-thin walls. If there are noisy hotel guests nearby or small children, you will hear every step and every bang they make. This isn't just for rooms that might be above you, but also next to you or beneath you. (This hotel has three floors, so getting a top-floor room doesn't completely eliminate the potential for noise annoyance, but will probably reduce it). Walking literally makes the furniture shake in your own room, the floors are so flimsy. If every hotel guest in your vicinity behaves, you won't have a problem, but if there is a rowdy bunch nearby you won't get much sleep.

Breakfast is a genuine joke. Packaged mini-muffins, granola-type bars, not even cereal or milk. I don't think there is anything else worth mentioning. Breakfast is only for those who are desperate. It is such a disappointment. The thoughtlessness with which breakfast is presented is such a downer. I recommend not to attend it. The less you see of it, the better your day will be.

If only the front doors were sliding. This makes it difficult for wheelchair riders to get in and out and if you want to use the luggage trolleys. It is so hard to get them through the front doors without help.

If the structure had more solid walls and floors and offered a decent breakfast, it would get a five-star rating from me, but this way it's only a three. Generally ok, but disappointing in the details.

One of the not so pleasant hotel I've stayed. They don;t clean your room unless you're staying for a week. The whole place stinks because people cook in their room. Horrible carpet. I'm never staying at Extended hotel chain again. One good plus is their staff is very helpful and courteous.

This is the best Extended Stay that I have stayed at. With a dining area right next to the lobby. Laundry facilities on every floor, a pool, grab and go breakfast. The breakfast bar was fully stocked just about every morning I was there. Towards the end of my stay for some reason they were running out of supplies for breakfast. In addition to they were very hospitable.

The only downside for me was I got a lot of mosquito bites, and the bathroom area was a little small for what I am use to. I did crack the window daily to let a little fresh air in but, I guess the screen wasn't enough protection against mosquitoes.
