First time at a salon and it all went well. Was shocked by the outcome (in a good way) and looking forward to coming back here in 6 weeks.

I have been going to Viva Salon. I love this place. It is very hip, with an awesome vibe and fun, energetic people. Crystal is exceptional with color and cuts! I always leave her feeling beautiful and confident. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with her TODAY!

Just left VIVA Salon a few hours ago. First time customers. It was great that they could take my daughter in for a quick trim on her bangs on such short notice. The place was busy and the staff was friendly enough. The stylist that worked on my daughters’ hair was great! Paid $40 for the trim and blow dry with a $10 tip. It’s a little bit more than what I would have normally paid for, but she did a great job and my daughter was happy with the results. She was quick and efficient and followed the style exactly how we asked. However we had no idea what her name was because she didn’t introduce herself and neither did the front desk. Also, No One in that facility wore a mask. So if your health and safety is a concern then I would consider an alternative, or just keep your mask on the entire time like we did.

I had an appointment with Becky, and let me tell you - she's absolutely wonderful. She gave me the best cut and color of my life. Seriously. She listened to me, tweaked what I wasn't initially absolutely thrilled with, and was extremely kind throughout the whole process. It was a wonderful experience, the salon is very clean and comfortable, they use really good quality products, and they genuinely want you to walk out feeling great and loving the results. I will be switching to this salon for as long as I'm in Las Vegas, and Becky is 100% my new favorite stylist!

Loved my hair and my daughters. It was a wonderful experience. Everyone is very friendly but professional. I saw some beautiful hair created while I was there. I had Becky and she was amazing. I love my hair color which she matched perfectly. Love the highlights. Plus just visiting with her was such a pleasure.
My daughter had Maddie and she did a beautiful job with her hair. I’ve never seen it look more gorgeous!

Went in asking for highlights, Janet told me it would look really stripy and a balayage would be better. She did the balayage and washed it and whatever, and my hair is now darker and has a ton of stripes. I told her I didn’t like it, so she took me back to the bowl and just puts 30 developer all over my hair to take the toner out. Now my hair is orange and brassy. She didn’t have time to finish drying it, she walks away for 5 minutes. Tells me she’s gonna have her assistant finish drying it, her assistant walks away for 5-10. So I got up and left. My hair looks and feels horrible. I wasted $150 and 3 hours of my time.

I waited years to cut my hair because of bad experiences and this is why It's 11 pm, I can't even sleep, I'm so upset..
I went in to get my hair cut and left 2 hours later with it completely chopped off! CHOPPED OFF. THIS IS NOT THE CUT I ASKED FOR. REPEAT OVER. I MENTIONED THAT TOO AND I GOT AN EXASPERATED SIGH! To be fair : we discussed that there were going to be inches list but it was supposed to be a layered cut. Now that I'm home and looking at it, it looks like she just chopped it off. The only reason there are layers on the sides is because when she first showed me, I showed her the pic I brought (which I showed her several times before )and said no, this isn't right, there should be more layers (cues 1st exasperated sigh)she did more and showed me and I told her it still didn't look right and she told me well when YOU go home and style it, it'll look like that. Huh? ARENT YOU THE HAIR STYLIST? HOW COME YOURE NOT DOING THAT? i practically ran out of there, I was so upset. She knew I wasn't satisfied. I've been in shock and crying all day. I had been agonizing over what to do but now that I've had a close look at it, I'm really dissatisfied. I'm taking it to the next level. I had long hair. THIS IS NOT WHAT I WANTED, I HATE THE CUT, THERE ARE NO LAYERS IN THE BACK AND MY LONG HAIR IS GONE. IM ANGRY, IM UPSET AND I WANT THIS FIXED!!!response / report this review -

I went to this salon a few months ago for the first time and had an awesome experience. Despite the AC being down and it being the middle of summer, my hair turned out amazing and I really liked my stylist. Fast forward to last week when I called to schedule a second appointment. I called on Monday, 5 separate times, and no one answered the phones at all. I thought little of it and called back on Tuesday. I wanted to book with the same stylist that week, but being that her schedule was full all week, I settled for Tuesday 11/21 (tomorrow).
TODAY, less than 24 hours before my scheduled appointment, my stylist texted me to tell me that she was actually going to be out of town for the holiday and would be unable to do my hair; she wasn't sure why the receptionist scheduled me. She assured me that I could reschedule with her after the holiday or she would attempt to see if I could schedule with someone else. Obviously I want my hair done before the holiday - I'm going out of town, so I asked her to see if there was anyone else. No response for 20 minutes with her read receipts on. So I called the salon. The receptionist answered and I politely asked her if she had anything at the same time for tomorrow? She told me "no, we don't, sorry." and hung up.
This salon obviously doesn't want my business, so they won't be getting it. I booked at Mosaic Salon instead. They were happy to fit me in.response / report this review -

They are nice and did a good job but ask about prices first because they advertise one thing on the website and then charge you different, another thing is they changed my appointment 3 times.

My appointment was lost in their system. Lucky for me, Lauren W. Had time open for a cut. She is fun. Great listener for my haircut wish list. My haircut is excellent. I was very reluctant to try a new place, but home is 1800 miles away and my hair needed attention. Thank you Lauren!!!

This place ranks well on Yelp but I didn't love it. I arrived on time but my hairdresser was late. The staff was ok. The quality of customer service and cut is way better at AVEDA Gianna Christine at The District in Henderson

I went in for a balayage and haircut with long brown hair, and it two sessions I now have a gorgeous gorgeous blonde color melt & an adorable medium length cut. Destiny is super chill & super sweet, her and Jess made sure to do everything they could to make me leave happy in my second session. The first session, I was not entirely in love with my hair and I let them know. This is the first salon I've known to actually take action if you are not 100% pleased, and I admire them so much for that.
I've always had horrible experiences in salons so I was shocked to see how ridiculously sweet & how accommodating they were! They're very friendly & I felt comfortable asking questions and what not.
I would totally recommend people to go there, they are wizards! Mad thanks to Destiny, and to Jess for the great experience. Glad I can have a place to feel certain I want to come back to. & the prices are great for what they can do (i hope they stay good cause they're very talented!) So stop reading and book an appointment with Destiny! My mind was blown in the finished result.response / report this review -

Simply Excellent! The owner has a very high standard for service, style and pride which she expects from herself as well as her hairdressers and it shows! She keeps a friendly and approachable atmosphere with her staff so everyone can do their very best! I've had my hair cut and colored four times now and I just had to write a review.every time has been great!
