This is one of my favorite theaters in the valley. They have a great selection of snacks (although I would like to see some healthier options at all theaters). The reclining seats are super comfortable. Much more than other theaters with reclining chairs. They offer a pretty nice rewards program. They also give veterans a discount on tickets. The employees are always nice and cheerful.

2 stars for the reclining seats. Those things are phenomenal. However, everything else was 0 stars..we were the first ones in line at the concession stand, ordered 2 items, all they had to do is squirt cheese but somehow it took 15 minutes, a manager's help, and a refund for double charging me. So we were late to the movie only to get there to a pitch black theatre and people sitting in our assigned seats. It was a nightmare. Shining our phone on our tickets to show 2 adults their seats were 3 rows down and on the left while they feigned ignorance. Furthermore parking was a joke. Definitely will not be frequenting this theatre. Better places to spend 22$ for an afternoon movie

We come to this theater all the time and it's great for our family because of the location. Everyone here is usually really friendly in a good mood and I love to get the extra large popcorn with lots of butter. The theaters are really nice because the screens are very large and there's plenty of seating. It only ever seem to get really crowded on weekend nights. But the rest of the week is awesome.

I came to this theater only because it was on my way somewhere else that I had to be later in the day. I'm glad I came here because it's a really nice theater. My friends and I are going to watch 12 strong. I just wanted to leave review before we went into the movie to state how impressed I am with this place. All the staff are super friendly and very nice and willing to help. The popcorn smells awesome I can't wait to watch this movie.

Wow! Incredibly nice motorized recliner seats. I've never experienced such roomy and comfortable seating at any theater until now. If you are particular about where you sit don't worry, they have assigned seating. Just pick the seats you like from the screen. The price of concessions is just like anywhere else Overpriced. If you buy popcorn they have a flavor station that you can add various seasonings to your popcorn. Get as much as you want for free. Not like those other places that charge you $2 for a tiny bottle of seasoning. Admission tickets is a couple of dollars more than other theaters. It's definitely worth the higher price for the comfortable seating. Think of it this way: if you are going to a concert, wouldn't you pay more for good seats rather than going cheap for nosebleed seats? Thumbs up.

I was very impressed. The seats are different than the rest. They recline and there are tv trays for your popcorn, they are comfy as heck, high end seats yo. The glorious popcorn oh how they even got free flavoring for it too add yourself if ur in the mood for a flavor like jalapeno cheddar,kettle corn, cinnamon etc. Everything else is like any other movie theater but I prefer this one so as long as it remains in comparable price to the rest I'll be back and back and back yeah.

This is my husband's and my favorite theater. We also go to the Santa Fe sometimes but the seats at the Galaxy are more comfortable. Also the loyalty card is way easier to use at the Galaxy. I signed up online and when I went to the theater they were able to give me a hard card so I can swipe it at the kiosk. Also they sent me a freebie for my birthday which was awesome since movies can get expensive. We will continue to return to this theater since it is our favorite.

WOW - amazing theatre! I always went to Regal Cinemas but once I have this theatre a try I was amazed at how awesome is this place! Great customer service and delicious popcorn!

This theater is always full of people especially during new releases. I recommend buy your tickets in advance. Since the seats are assigned at the time of ticket purchase you don't have to worry about getting there early to get a good seat. They have lots of people behind the counter at the snack counter so the long lines go by pretty fast.

Honest working people working here I thought that didn't exist anymore but I left my phone in theater 16 and this guy named Josiah he's a usher as his position and he turned it in to lost and found I really appreciate that real honest guy thanks again Josiah!

Great theater.
Enjoyed a good flick in great comfort. There were people already seated in our "assigned" paid for seats, but there were better seats nearby, so, no biggy. They were also handicapped as well.response / report this review -

Although the theatre itself might be good, the management is terrible. Corporate needs to terminate them for their lack of leadership and customer service. I had an issue with the way staff was handling my food and when I asked for the manager, she took a very long time to appear. I addressed the problem to her and she came off hostile. She was very rude and didn't handle the situation like a manger should. Very childish!

The luxury seating is the best in town. Seats are wide, with tray and cupholder. The concession lines can be long, but there are usually lots of employees taking orders that make the line go quickly. Theaters are clean, and the no talking/cellphone policy is great.

Love the theaters here. Its just the right mix of concessions, customer service and seating. Love being able to select your seats now before you even leave the house, the way they cater your concessions to you, and the tables on the seats make a huge difference to me. We travel all the way from the Far Northwest part of the Valley to this theater to watch our movies. I wish all theaters, especially in the Far NW were like this one. The others come close but just miss the mark compared to what this theater offers.

This movie theater is great. They have awesome seats that recline. Recently they started a reward club and it's great you can receive free movie tickets, discounts off food purchases, and more. They have plenty of parking and the staff is always kind we have never had a problem.

Our usual place to see the Movies. Atmosphere is great, theatre is clean. They offer many items in their menu ; Including Pizza, Wine and Beer. Usually a line and a bit crowded Friday and Saturday nights. Seats are fantastic , wide and very comfortable. Can recline back.

Nice theater. Needs a little love. The seats are great recliners and I love the trays for your snacks. They are a little ragged, but not too bad. The snack bar is amazing :-D

I can't see 3D, but the seats are worth it, with vibration for certain movies is amazing, but just to recline and watch a good movie comfortably is what makes this theater spectacular! I have a broken tail bone, hips, burst L1, half paraplegic And I love the seats! Better than a hospital bed by far! Dolby Atmos is worth it in a good movie if you've never heard it correctly before!

One of the nicest theatres in town. We went here to see Star trek in DBOX and what an experience. The seats are motion simulators that you can change the intensity on. It's amazing what it does for your movie experience! This theatre has great staff easy parking and is kept very clean. It is also fairly priced for an upscale theatre.
