Clean trucks, clean facility completely & stocked with all the supplies you could possibly need for moving. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff at this company owned Uhaul location. We used to run a Uhaul location ourselves so we know what we're talking about & these folks here are awesome. The truck was already sitting at the end of the lot running with the door open ready to go by the time we were handed our paperwork. Quick in and out.

Terrible. All is well as long as you shut your mouth, pay your bill, and don't dare ask questions. The owner Joseph, gladly took my money and was very aggressive when I asked basic questions regarding how to haul an ATV. He told me that there was no solution for my hauling needs which were easily met the next day with the Ellenton location. I would not recommend this location on 14th Street. The culture starts with the leadership of any organization. Joseph, you have set a poor example for your employees and it shows. I am a franchise owner in a Fortune 500 company myself, and would highly recommend that you self reflect on the way that you do business. Regards

Easy quick service both pick up and return. We had no problems getting what we needed on short notice. The charges we're exactly what they told us they would be no surprises.

We get all our propane for our Concession trailer there. Good service, nice people. Wish they would offer a business discount :). But we go there even without.

Truck was great, but upon return customer service was terrible. Manager and employee we're very rude. Asking questions I guess is not suitable for them. Would not return. Too bad because I had 5 people within a week that needed trucks to move. If I could give no stars I would.

We just returned our truck. When we pulled up there was no one around so we went inside and waited in line to return the truck. The guy rudely told us to go back outside because he doesn't deal with that. We told him that there was no one out there and he told us that guy was dealing with propane tanks and hat was really busy. It's fine if the guy was busy but the man we talked to with the white hair was unessarliy rude to us when we didn't know what to do. If you live in Bradenton please use any other uhaul dealer other than this one even it's out of the way. Unless you like being treated rudely for no reason. 😡

Absolutely the worst customer service ever.. I came back an hour after renting my unit to be confused with another customer who was late their employee accosted me in the parking lot and their general manager doesn't even know what accosted means. When he called me he tried to tell me that his guy did not touch me and proceeded to try and educate me on the definition of accosting. 4 days still no refund of my deposit have filed with BBB and Pam bondi's office

First, I'd like to start by thanking you guys for your superb customer service!! In the last 3 months I have been in business and renting trucks from you guys I have not experienced better service from any other location!! I recently decided to rent a truck from Budget rentals and the morning we showed up to the location with confirmation of the rental, they didn't have a truck available for us!! Being that it was the end of the month, we couldn't find a 26 ft truck anywhere. We ended up renting two small trucks from two other Uhaul locations! We were 3 hours late to our job that day!! We have never ran across any issues when renting from you guys or any other Uhaul for that matter!! You have been the backbone of our business and we are truly grateful!! Thank you for always keeping your promises and having trucks available for when we need them!! Until we have a truck of our own we will gladly continue to come to you when we need them!! Excellent Service!!
