The best place for pianos.
Dave is very responsive (phone and email) and was helpful to us while sourcing our piano.
Visiting their showroom is great too. Location is convenient and worth the trip. Nice variety of pianos new, used, player, etc as well as different finishes to coordinate with your decor. It was nice to see the range of selections and our decision was easier knowing we had options to choose from.
Coordination of delivery was smooth; good communication, professional gentlemen in our home. A+ all around.

Bought a nice Casio keyboard. Donna was quite helpful. No high presure. Very good at describing my choices. If you are looking for a piano or keyboard I would highly recommend.

We were recently recommended to the Piano Guys to purchase one for our son. Knowing nothing about pianos, Dave was informative and very helpful in our buying experience. He responded to my email quickly. Showed my husband a few we might like. And then we chose one as a family. We are all Inlove with our new piano and plan on getting tons of use out of it. Thank you Dave for such wonderful service. We highly recommend them!

What an excellent experience! I stopped by the store to scope out an electric piano we were going to give my mother in law as a Christmas gift. David showed me several models both new and used, was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and accommodating when I asked him to remove the price tags (we didn't want her to see what we were spending) when we were going to stop by so she could try out a few different models. I went back a few days later because she decided which one she wanted. I had found an identical model at another store and David matched the price for me. The piano was in stock and delivered the very next day!! The delivery men were efficient, helpful, kind and took great care of everything. The Piano Guys is a little hidden gem in Port Charlotte that is well worth your time to find if you are in need of new or used pianos, keyboards or repairs.

Love my Yamaha piano, exactly the tone and brightness I wanted, and was way cheaper than what my siblings payed for their Pianos. I was so impressed with the time, talent, and knowledge of the owners and loved the expert tuning they provided. The technician even adjusted the keyboard to make my grand piano slightly quieter in my tiny living room. So worth the drive to Port Charlotte!

The Piano Guys is wonderful. They are friendly and easy to work with. They have a wide variety of pianos to choose from. The delivery of my new/used piano was handled very professionally. If I ever need another piano, I would go to The Piano Guys. I would certainly recommend them to my friends.
