Was moving from FL to Texas. The day was going terribly and we rented the wrong tow dolly. We stopped here to see if we could get the bigger one. When I tell you Patience was an Angel, not only did she make the exchange, it was also no extra charge!! Patience Jackson is the best!!!

What can I say..The lady Stephanie was so rude and was not helpful what so ever. She was very impatient and rude. We asked what other location would be closest for our drop off and she said I don't knowI asked her to zoom in on the screen to show better loactions and she huffed at me and looked at me like I was stupid. In my opinion I think she eas I'm drugs. I will never ever go back to rent a Uhaul from this place ever again.
