Had to wait 20 minutes to be seen only one person was dealing with customers while 3 others just stood around.

These people tried to blame me for a mirror being broke on their truck and I swear that God is my witness the mirror was in the inside when I got the truck watch those people they are a big scam and lucky I have them a the wrong card but what goes around comes around and I would rather go to budget away they just loss a customer just know God see everthing

I will never rent from them again there equipment is not safe but when they make you sign for equipment if it fail it's on you because you signed for safe equipment but they don't show you repairs on there rentals the door was hard to open cause they don't fix there equipment.

Patricia was very professional and took care of my reservation. I rented a 9' cargo van which was practically brand new. My only complaint is that they were short staffed for a Friday so I was on hold for 15 minutes and stood waiting for someone to check me out while the vehicle was left running in the parking lot. For there sake they could have used one or two more associates to handle the volume. Overall the site is very clean, organized. I will rent here in the future and recommend them to everyone.

The staff was great while I was dealing with unloading a trailer for someone else. They handled phone calls professionally and were awesome in helping me pick the right unit without having too much extra space.
