Billing department will try to double charge you after you pay them and if you call to dispute they want you to send in your bank records as prof of payment they won’t even take the receipt they give you. Recommend getting lab work done about anywhere else.

I wish I could give them negative stars. They do not answer the phone for one, and on the message recording it states that the office closes at 12:30 to 1:00pm for lunch okay nbd i show up at 1155 then at 1200 someone finally comes to the window and tells me to come back at one

I was almost afraid to go there because of some of the bad reviews, but it was great. Computers were down, so wait was a little longer than expected, until they were back up and running,
but the technician was very kind and friendly and she was a real pro at drawing blood -- most painless experience ever!response / report this review -

Don't bother to make appointment, you will be here for 2 hours before you get in. Personal just leave any time they want even during scheduled appointment.

The actual blood draw was awesome. Everything before that was awful. At closing there were still 11 people waiting snd only one person working. She was doing the intake paperwork and the labs. Average lab work time was about 20 per person (that's ridiculous) including a drug test patient who was there well past the 3 o'clock deadline. He was called back twice to spend 20 minutes in the bathroom only to come out and say he was unable to pee. Other patients had to wait during all this nonsense. At half past closing he was waiting for another stint in the bathroom. As a self pay patient getting almost $600 in labsI am pretty disgusted with the service here and talk in the waiting room was that this happens oftenie one person working. I hope I never have to go back.

Almost pain free and you don't walk around with a huge bruise after a blood draw. Super friendly workers.
