i bought 2 cars from twin motors and never had an issue. the financing process with mike w was quick and easy. there was never any pressure like you get on other lots and they were very helpful if i had any questions. i was fortunate to not have any mechanical problems and cars were in the condition as advertised so i have no problems of buying another car from them. if you want a nice used car i recommend go to twin motors.

I've bought two cars from Twin Motors. Ken and Mike were great to work with. Mike was able to help me get financing each time. Each time was a great experience. I recommend them to everyone I talk to.

Ford f250 diesel watch out the truck needs a oil pan and gasket. I know these trucks it's not a cheep fix not if your doing it your self. Mike is a decent guy but he is a used car sales man. I would kind of deal with him over his boss and may buy another car from them. Just don't believe in peopel selling something that needs over $1000.00 in repairs right off the bat and not giving a good deal on it.

Sold me a 4x4 truck all ready for winter with everything in "working order"!I took it back up 1 week later because wheel was grinding from the start and they proceded to say nothing was wrong and it was perfectly fine and maybe(?) it needed new tires. So i spent over $500 on new tires on my "ready for winter" truck.Well that was not the problem .There was something wrong and they just dont want to be bothered to fix the lemon you just bought from them.Took it to my guy and he say 4x4 that ive never even got to use yet is broke. Also window regulator for back window went out shortly after purchase took it up and there was nothing they would do about it not even offer to fix if I paid.I uderstand things break on cars but to not even assist in fixing a car i just bought from you is beyond ridiculous!Buy litterally from anywhere else! These guys care about $ not selling quality cars to hard working people! They lie to your face and say no repairs need done everythings great!Hope you guys go out of buisness soon for all the people out there you do this to.

For me this was my first time buying a car of my own, that being said I had many questions but Mike helped answer all of them. He worked very hard to make sure I was happy with my purchase, and I couldn't be happier!

At the beginning of February I bought a 2002 Chevy Avalanche from Twin Motors. The buying process was a pleasant experience, but that is where all the pleasantness ended. After driving the truck less then a week the check engine light came on. We thought it was something simple and decided to have our neighbor, who is a mechanic, take a look at it and scan it for codes. After scanning for the codes it came back that the catalytic converter was bad. All together 9 codes came up, which to us made it seem as though they had been cleared. We then took the Avalanche back to Twin Motor and spoke with Mike W., who is the one that sold the vehicle to me. He said that they would take the Avalanche in and look at it. And if in fact the catalytic converter needed replaced. They would replace it, but I would need to pay 50% off the repairs. At this point I still had only had the vehicle less then a month. And put $2,500 down on it. So Twin took the Avalanche. And a day later I was called and told that it was a mass air flow sensor that was $30.00 to repair. And that there was nothing wrong with the catalytic converter. I picked up the truck and drove it home. That evening I went to the bank. On my way there the check engine light came on again. I took the vehicle to North Ridge Automotive in Madison and paid $80.00 to have a diagnostic test ran on it. It came back that the catalytic converter was bad, which made it apparent that the codes had been cleared again. We took the truck back to Twin Motors with the paperwork showing exactly what was wrong. We were told by Mike W. that when they ran the codes, on their top of the line scanner, that none of the codes we got came up. Mike W. stated that Northridge Automotive was probably just trying to make money. We pointed out that both North Ridge and our neighbor got the same exact codes. We then were told by Mike W. that the Owner Ken was out of town, but as soon as he was back he would call us to get it figured out. We never heard from the owner. And I tried to call to follow up. And was told that we hadn't heard anything because they were waiting for my boyfriend to call them. And since they hadn't heard from him they thought we had went with another option. My boyfriend has tried to call repeatedly with no answer. Needless to say. I've had my truck 2 months and it still is broken and won't pass e-check. I have the e-check paperwork also showing a failing catalytic converter. All in all, on my own it is going to cost me close to $1,200 to repair a truck that I put a huge chunk of money down on in the first place. And until said repairs are done I can't register the truck. And can only get one more temp tag for it. To say I am disappointed is a severely huge understatement. I'm a hard worker and a business owner myself. And I could never imagine handling a situation the way this was handled. All I wanted was for them to make it right. I gave them that opportunity, even at an expense to myself, and they didn't fix it. Instead I was lied to and made feel like the people we do trust are the ones trying to take advantage of us. I would never suggest anyone go to them. Poor business ethics and customer service on their part.
