Extemely terrible place. $5 for a half thimble of liquor, full price for a cup of ice thats supposed to be a specialty drink. The manager didn't care; will never go back. Not about being a lush or a drunkard, its about getting what you pay for; that will not happen here.
Service is great here, last couple times I was in, food came out a little cold. The food still tasted great though.
Very loud. Good food, kinda pricy for bar Food!
Nice bar and grill with good food and drinks. Excellent staff too!
Food and service was okay but my company was amazing!!

We always get sat and served fast at this location. The food is always good and hot. The beer is always very cold. Sometimes they have popcorn while you wait for your food which is a nice touch.
Delicious! Prices pretty good! Can get busy though
Food is great occasionally. Service is hit or miss. Not the worst place to eat, but with so many other options nearby, it just doesn't stack up. I suggest the "mother clucker" sandwich.
I went there for a benefit dinner. Mind you, I bought a ticket; so I was a paying customer. I tried to sit at a booth while waiting for my party, and was promptly told to move. The man said that the booths were for their "regular customers", and that we had to sit at the round tables. Funny - but he didn't make the other gentlemen, who were also attending the benefit dinner, move. The waitress was friendly and attentive when we were all there. My coworkers had to leave the dinner early, so I decided to stay a little longer and finish my food and drink. The food was nothing special, and the drinks weren't very strong. Not ONE member of their staff came to my table to ask if I needed anything else after my party left. Nobody even spoke another word to me, as if I were invisible. In fact, they avoided my table like the plague, while going out of their way for other customers. At this point, I WAS a "regular customer". It made me feel as if I was not important, because I came in there to attend a benefit, and not as a "regular customer". I've never felt so uncomfortable and humiliated at any restaurant. I will never return to this place.
I was there with my wife @ Harry Buffalo Mentor Ave. On December and it was horrible experience!!! it took them forever to seat us, then 10 minutes for them to take our drinks order, the beer was just sitting there for 10 minutes I had to walk to the bar to get them, they were already warm, my wife got upset and we left without ordering. We gave it another try yesterday, IT WAS WORST!! after they took our for and drinks order and serve i did not see my waitress for the rest of the night, i wet to the bartender and ask for another beer, she apologized and gave me the beer, i finish it and still my waitress was no where to be found, i paid and we left. Service is terrible!!! manager never approach tables to ask if everything was fine, i saw him walking around but never approached tables. I will never go back!!!!
Good food. Specials aren't very special. Server was nice but talking with her friends a lot instead of paying attention and not many people were there at lunch. Maybe two tables. Either way she was nice though.
