Great car dealership, bought a used car for our daughter a few months back & when we were in the market to trade our car in, we started looking. Went to a few places. Not too happy until we ended up at Classic Hyundai. Recieved a fair trade-in value for our car and got an amazing Tucson with all the bells n whistles. Make sure you ask for Jamie Oschip, she’s so friendly, personable and knowledgeable, she really knows her stuff. It was actually a pleasure car shopping for a change. Another big plus, it didn’t take hours to do the paperwork, no time at all. This place is wonderful.

Today I picked up my brand new 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe at Classic. They made it easy for me to buy and I got a great deal! I am very satisfied with how I was treated and everyone is so friendly. They had exactly what I wanted in stock. It could not have been easier. This is the best dealership I have ever been to and my husband and I have bought many new cars. I also like the service department that I utilized for my 2010 Santa Fe. They are also very friendly and helpfl.

Went in to check out the 2018 Sonata. My service was amazing from the start. My salesperson Brandon was professional yet laid back. When I made the decision to buy, he made the process painless. He got all my info via phone and when I came in after a long day of work, he got me through all the paperwork in less than 15 minutes. Love my new ride.

I started working with them online. They were very courteous and kind and were not afraid to give me offers online. I then went in and they were kind and quick! We were able to go back and forth and work together for the right price. I would defiantly would go back again.

Just completed one of the most enjoyable and satisfying customer service experiences at Classic Hyundai. My wife and I had both researched and shopped luxury, mid-sized sedans pretty diligently for about a month. We narrowed the search to the Genesis G80 and the BMW 5 series. Visited multiple dealerships for each manufacturer as we were new to both. By chance, my better half noticed a particular color combination from BMW that really caught her eye. We'd not seen a comparable color from Genesis anywhere in northeast Ohio but a quick internet search revealed that Classic in Mentor had the only Brown exterior / beige interior G 80 around. We shot out to see it on a Sunday afternoon (how many dealers provide the convenience of Sunday hours !?!) and had the good fortune to cross paths with Mike L. of their sales team. He could not have been more knowledgeable, patient, helpful and sincere. All of our questions and concerns were addresses in a matter-of-fact and trustworthy manner. When the manager was willing to match a competitor's price there was simply no reason not to pull the trigger on this deal. This is the third car we've purchased from a Classic dealership (Volkswagon and Jeep also) and each experience has been uniformly excellent. The respectful treatment we received places them above the competition in my eyes.

The best experience ever! I had my vehicle in the service department to get work done. My vehicle was 13 years old already and i wasn't to sure if i wanted to put more money into it and hope for the best. I had gone later in the evening and had in mine what i was looking for, but Jamie had introduced herself and showed me the same vehicle that i was thinking of trading in. It was beautiful ! Made in America now and all the bells and whistles! But the price was not in my range. Jamie was soooooooo patient and got it in my range. With all the cash back and trade in and gave me more off, then threw in an electric start. That was it ! I GOT it ! Jamie stayed late and helped me out! Joe also helped me with all the paperwork and was very nice. Thanks everyone for the best experience ever! I can't say enough. I just say go to Classic Hyundai and ask for Jamie. Thanks again!

I drove all the way from Litchfield, OH and I am sure glad I did! I traded in my 2014 Sonata for a 2017 Tuscon. It was an incredible experience. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Jamie was the best Auto Sales Consultant I have met. The folks at Classic Hyundai listen and are willing to deal.

Nick Vaidean was absolutely wonderful in helping me out with a car lease! I loved his kindness, competency and patience. He answered all of my questions and appeased any doubts I may have had.
