  I recently got an auto loan through TrueCore. With this being my first loan and not knowing many of the details that fall within it, the employees at Deo really took the time to walk me through the process, all of my options and recommended the best options for me. I could really tell that I was cared for and would recommend anyone to TrueCore who is in the market for a low rate loan! Looking forward to doing business with them for years to come!

  Regardless of how long I been banking here I have always gotten better interest rate offers on loans from other banks. The Credit Union was willing to match other offers upon being informed another bank had offered a lower amount, but up front wanted to charge 1-2% more. This bank is only in Licking County, so if your out and get in a position where you need cash your going to have to pay ATM fees versus banking with a more widespread bank with more convenient Locations.

  I have been a member of TrueCore Credit Union since 1977, then it was called Fiberglas Credit Union.
  I have found all of the employee's to be knowledgeable and most of them very friendly. They try to help with any problem you may have and the same can be said, when you call them. I have never experienced the warmness of the Credit Union at any other financial institution I have used. This is a member owned institution and the members have the ability to vote for the representatives that control the ideals of a member run institution. Rules that save the membership from paying fees for everything that they use, is one of the best things they have done.

  I love banking with Fiberglas Federall. Every time I am in there is different but enjoyable experience. Each and every employee takes time out of there day to ask me how I am doing or how my day is or if they can help me in any way possible. They really are a great community to be apart of. I highly recommend that anyone who has the opportunity to join Fiberglas Federal do so and soon. Thanks for all you do Fiberglas!
