My experience with pagani's has been on both sides. I worked for pagani's for a year and a half and have had some things done as a customer. Bobby has always been about quality and was always there to led a hand. If you want good quality, good service and friendly staff I would recommend to go see them even if it's small like a detail/ maintenance to collision or a full blown restoration. If it is a odd request just give them a call or stop buy. They will give you the best route even if they are not able to do your request, they will make sure to point you In the right direction.

My daughter was hit in the rear end while visiting in Newark. The car was not drivable after the accident. She was driving a mini-cooper roadster. I wasn't sure where to have the car taken. I took a shot in the dark and picked Pagani's. I am really glad I did. Bobby stayed in contact with me through the entire process. My phone calls were always promptly returned and my questions answered. After completing the insurance estimate Bobby gave me an estimate to repair some minor door dings and scratches. It was very reasonable.
All work was completed professionally and timely.

This is hands down the best auto shop I have ever worked with! I had regular maintenance done here for a while but they won me over after I was in an accident that caused $4,200 worth of damage to the front passenger side of my vehicle. Bobby Pagani worked with my insurance company for me, kept me updated with photos of the parts and repairs, and followed up with me afterwards! The work they did was top notch and my vehicle looks and drives brand new. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs any work done, big or small!
